The place is clean and tidy. The locker rooms are decently seized, and exercise equipment is properly maintained. There are several rooms besides besides the main floor, for instance, a small half courtroom for pickle ball.

I workout here consistently. While it isn't a fancy gym it does have everything I need to workout. Whether I'm focusing on cardio or volume or heavy weight I can always go here to meet my requirements. Clean and relatively low amounts of people. I love this gym.

Gym is NOT accessible to the public, only to active or retired military personnel with the proper credentials to gain access to base. If you are a civilian do NOT attempt to gain access to base you will be denied and turned around.

Fully equipped gym with free weights, machines, cardio section, and a turfed space with climbing ropes and other equipment. Plenty of squat racks and benches. Only gripe would be the 17 different styles of weight plates. I wasn't able to have matching weight plates on both sides of the barbell because I couldn't find enough of the same ones! It's fine, but certainly grinds my OCD.

As always, Thrive delivers THE best care. I just past my five year anniversary with Thrive. Always helpful and friendly, they really get to know their patients. They listen intently to the patients concerns and implement a course of treatment accordingly. I would never go see anyone else!

Thrive is a wonderful place, the aesthetic is calming and professional; the staff are skilled and knowledgeable; the doctors are outstanding. I go in for chiropractic adjustments and regenerative treatments for an old hamstring injury, i leave feeling like an entirely new person. Dr. Young takes a genuine interest in my wellness beyond just chiropractic adjustments, she encourages a healthy lifestyle and has made some truly impactful recommendations for supplements which have resulted in me losing weight and sleeping better. She has a kind, patient ear and thoughtfully listens when i talk about the type of discomfort i am in when i come for treatments and she adapts her recommendations and techniques accordingly. She insists on a high standard of personal and professional conduct for herself and her entire staff and that is why i keep coming back even after all these years.

I recently became a new patient of Thrive, and I am beyond impressed. As a physical therapist, I have struggled in the past to find a chiropractic office that conducts a thorough exam. I felt as if they really cared about my health history and weren’t rushed to just crack my back even though I am just in town for a few weeks. What stood out to me was the very clear plan they developed for me on my follow up visit. I appreciated they took the time to analyze my x-rays between my first visit and my report. I would rather a provider that takes the time than rushes to develop a treatment plan. Even though, I am here only a short time, they set realistic treatment steps and educated me on what I need going forward. I am very picky, and I am happy to have found Thrive to relieve my pain when visiting Boise.

My first time ever at a chiropractor, and I will admit I was a bit nervous. I stepped into the office and immediately my anxiety was gone. Everyone there is incredibly kind and friendly and they go above and beyond to make sure their patients are comfortable and listened to! I look forward to seeing them more!

I signed up online and chose to pay with a debit card. When I visited the location in person I was told I would have to give my bank account information. I don't appreciate there is an option to pay by card online but told something else in person. I don't like paying by direct withdrawal. If this had been made clear on the website I would not have enrolled in a membership. Also absolutely no information about the gym was given to me even though I said it was my first time in. No information about what my membership includes, amenities available etc. I was not asked if I had any questions. There is a wide range of equipment but the locker rooms are pretty dingy and in need of repair. Also couldnt check out the pool on Saturday morning because it was being used for kids swim lessons. I see this place doesn't have the best rating and was willing to give it a shot but I think especially because of needing my bank info I will start looking elsewhere. Glad I didn't sign a contract and chose month to month.

I have been going to Crunch for over two years now and had to cancel my membership cause we are moving and I’m going to go to a closer gym. I was planning on canceling my membership this week but got really sick with food poisoning yesterday so I wasn’t able too. Today I finally feel better and I saw that my card was charged with my monthly crunch charge and the annual fee as well (today is the 1st of the month). I called Crunch and Walter, the GM picked up. He explained that normally you have to cancel in person or email and that Crunch will still charge you for the next month when you cancel, that is just their policy. Walter was SO kind and was able to get it canceled for me over the phone and waived the fees since I wasn’t going to be coming back to the gym this month. Walter you have no idea how your kindness and generosity made my day, especially after being so sick. I should have canceled my membership a month ago but he still showed me grace & care, being so professional and understanding on the phone. I was so relieved I didn’t have to go in or worry about those fees. Thank you Walter! You truly are a wonderful human being and your kindness and treatment made an impact! I am so grateful!

Polite staff only problem here is that this corporation is dedicated to scamming people. During the summer they had a special going on where you could sign up for $1 and all you had to pay was an anual fee(as you would at any other gym) I decided to cancel my membership after the first week and per “policy” i was charged another $75 annual fee+ $45 monthly fee because you have to give them a 30 day notice!!! Their policies are ridiculous! I should have listened to the reviews but I wanted to see for myself.

In June I signed up for some personal training after PT for an ankle replacement. I gave the staff my credit card info for billing every 2 weeks. Imagine my surprise when I got a letter from a collection agency a month later stating I was overdue with my payments. I have NEVER received a letter from a collection agency and have a great credit rating. I talked to Brandon as he was the person who had all my information. He said he would straighten it out and acted like it was no big deal. Well, it was a big deal! I didn’t get anymore letters and I still don’t know if this has affected my credit rating. When I gave my 30 days notice on August 19 to stop my personal training, I noticed Brandon didn’t write anything down. I asked how he was going to remember to cancel me and he said not to worry. A couple weeks later he called me at home asking if I was the one who wanted to cancel my training. I said yes and also followed up with him the next week. He said it would be taken care of. Well, it wasn’t taken care of and I have received three more charges for $176. I have called Walter and Brandon and have been assured a refund on my cc is forthcoming but my cc company has nothing! I’ve been working on this for over a month and am frustrated, angry, etc. This is no way to run a business. My cc company will get involved if necessary but I was trying to give Crunch a chance to fix it. I would never recommend this gym.

Front desk reception yelled at me to check in, when I was clearly grabbing an energy drink from the fridge. Plus there were three people at the front, how would I sneak in? Then when I went to pay for the drink, he complained I was paying with cash. Cmon be a little more friendly, I understand not being paid a lot working at a gym but you’re the first person anyone sees when they walk into the gym. Overall like this location, but the workers need to be a tad friendlier.

Our daughter started in the Small Stars class a bit before she turned two. Her listening skills, social skills, balance, strength, and coordination have improved tremendously. Additionally, her confidence has improved and she has learned that she can do hard things if she tries and continues to work toward her goals. Coach Annika is absolutely wonderful and is the main reason we love gymnastics so much. She is engaging, enthusiastic, energetic and kind. It is evident that she truly loves the work that she does. Our daughter adores her and talks about her daily. Highly recommend her and Wings Gymnastics to anyone and everyone.

We absolutely love Wings Center Gymnastics. We had tried many other places prior to attending here and as soon as my girls started classes here, within a month I could see them be able to do things they were unable to master at almost a year somewhere else. Very attentive staff and on top of everything. I honestly don’t know how they do it all! My eldest is on competition team now and we are very excited to start this journey with Wings! We highly recommend.

Don’t send your kids here! I went to wings for 3 years and through the coaches and environment I lost my love for gymnastics. The head coach Jesse would take his anger out on the kids by screaming or just straight ignoring us. This environment is not healthy or happy. I truly wish I went somewhere else.

Our daughter has gone here for almost a year now. Some of the coaches are great (Annika is amazing) and some are not. There Definitely needs to be a smaller kid to teacher ratio for the 3-4 year old class without parents. I’ve watched my daughter ask the coach for help numerous times but she definitely has “favorites” and ignored her until I said something or my daughter safely climbed down/stopped what she was doing and went over to her to be like, I need help please. That happened more than once. The owner/manager I believe also yelled at my daughter one time because she went to jump on a trampoline before class started and made her cry. I was right there and in the process of grabbing her, there was absolutely no need to yell at a 2 year old. She didn’t even notice the effect that had on my kid. Just walked away. So rude. My daughter loves gymnastics which is the only reason we kept going. But we are stopping after this summer term and trying to find a more friendly gym.

I went to wings when I was younger so when my daughter was almost two, I wanted her to try it. It is further from our home but I know the quality they offer and the cost is more than reasonable. Coach Katie is amazing and my daughter is doing so well because of her. She is engaged and involved with each child. It makes a difference because my daughter enjoys that attention and praise. Her coordination and her ability to sit and listen is improving weekly, which is a challenge in itself for a 2 year old! I would absolutely recommend wings.

Ignore the old reviews with low ratings. This gym is awesome and under new management. Todd is super friendly and helpful. I’m here visiting for work and the gym is a larger set up and is clean. Great equipment and a great layout. Location and parking is easy. Definitely one of the nicest anytime fitness’ I have been in.

I really like this location because it is always spared populated. This gym is a bit smaller and the equipment is close together but it has everything needed for a robust and full workout. The cardio and weight equipment always have motivating notes for encouragement, which I love!!!

Besides not having soap in the shower, this little gym has everything you could ever want in a gym. Next to a coffee shop?! Yes! Try it it's so cute in there. Free tanning you say?! Yes, when you want to fight those winter blues. Personal training you say?! Yes! Call and get more details. This location has the cleanest shower room that I've been to in several states and several Anytime Fitness locations. Only downfall was no soap in the shower, so I had to go out of the shower and use the sink soap. Using antibacterial soap in all the areas isn't ideal. Hopefully they can fix this. Otherwise it was nice not having hair clogged up in the sink, a shower rack, a curtain, rug, and a bench. You know bathroom basics. Not all clubs get this.

This Anytime is amazing!! By far my favorite of their locations. Ample space, excellent machines, plenty of free weights, and bodyweight areas. Not overrun with underused cardio machines. Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Private coaching doesn't block off parts of the gym, which I've found problematic for regular patrons at other locations.

Not recommended if you are training for a serious event, trying to rehab from an injury, or trying to prevent an injury. Nice people; good facility. The expertise and competence is lacking when it comes to more serious training beyond just basic good health. These folks were hired specifically to help me prevent injury and I ended up terribly injured with a stress fracture - five months after I stopped going here. I hold them partially responsible for my injury. Best to double check and even question or talk through any changes they make to your plan. In my case the trainer I was working with resigned and someone else took over my training. In about the second session with me he added more weight to a hex bar and I'm not certain he gave it much thought. I felt some kind of pull in the area where I know have a fracture. This has ruined my entire spring program and has even impacted my ability to pursue a world renowned sporting event to which I have had an entry since 2020. I'm not certain I can get into next year's event. If that is the case, I'm out $3k or may force myself to participate on a compromised limb. For all the money I spent on twice-weekly sessions for about 4 months I never got a phone call asking how I was or when I might return. To me that says they really don't care beyond getting paid. I would recommend you pursue your own strength training routine.

My daughter has trained at IFA for four off-seasons. They are our favorite place to condition. Sports-specific training, professional, and clean. The staff is all kind and personable. They return calls and emails in a timely fashion. They've accommodated our schedule and my daughter absolutely loves it AND they focus on weaknesses and train those areas to prevent injury. Couldn't recommend a better place for conditioning!

I started with Casey one month ago and I wish I had found him a year ago! It is hard to find a trainer who can do golf specific training and Casey has that in his repertoire. I’m already feeling stronger and getting more golf fit. Thanks Casey for being so positive, motivating, and encouraging. It is going to make a big difference for me going forward!!!

Albert is an amazing coach! He taught us simple techniques to improve our form to allow us to run well and without injury. He worked really well with our group. He is positive and encouraging to runners of all ability. During the first session, two of our friends, who are avid runners kept saying, "WOW, running takes so much less effort when we do it right!" They were genuinely surprised and pleased at the outcomes. I really enjoyed learning how to run in a way that helped me enjoy the process. Would definitely recommend!!

I did a virtual Run consultation with Albert who was highly recommended by my coach. I honestly did not know how a virtual visit would turn out, but it has worked really well for me. I have been impressed with his depth of expertise in proper run technique, and have been able to apply it to my training. I used to have major shin pain while running, but after adopting his recommendations, I no longer suffer from the debilitating shin pains. I strongly recommend Albert if you're struggling with running, or just want to learn how to run better, and more efficiently.

I’m 22 and have been going here for 4 months now. Just in these short 4 months I’ve seen a huge difference in my form and my strength. This gym has a very welcoming community in it also. Albert is a great coach, great with communication, and pushing to your potential. I recommend this gym to anyone at any stage of their fitness journey. I work as a electrician I have seen a huge difference in my stamina and my strength that is needed for the job.

Albert is a great coach and very personable. Unlike a lot of other Cross-Fit coaches he takes the time to make sure your form is right to avoid injury and works with you to help correct persistent issues. He is also great working with you to scale work outs to help mange an existing injury. Last but not least he is a great running coach and helped me run a mile faster than i even thought possible. Audacious CrossFit is a great gym with a great community of people with a totally awesome coach. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get serious about training in the valley.

Albert helped me with my running form because I had recurring injuries in my calf, soleus, and Achilles. Specifically, he taught me the Pose Method — and completely changed my approach to running. Rather than stabbing at the ground with my heel, he helped me leverage gravity and land on the ground in better alignment. It was difficult for me to un-learn decades of poor form. But Albert was patient, thorough, and thoughtful with his support. I can’t recommend him enough — especially for those suffering from recurring running injuries.
