This gym does not disappoint! We have been her 5 years now and going strong, growing with the gym and building a village of friends that become family. The Cheer Force Elite gym and organization are amazing!! They are our home away from home and make everyone feel like family! The coaches and staff are wonderful with the kids and love them like their own. Cheer Force Elite has had a huge POSITIVE impact on my daughter who once was shy, not motivated and had a hard time making friends. They have taught her confidence, teamwork, dedication and that hardwork pays off. She has turned into a confident, social butterfly that just keeps gaining not only tumble/cheer skills but also learning to be part of a team and preparing her for what is outside the gym walls. They make you fall in love with the sport and all of the teams and parents support and encourage one another. This gym’s coaches have the biggest hearts and offer a sense of community. As soon as you walk in the doors of this gym you feel at home because they make everyone feel like family. So glad we came to this gym and have the chance to grow with them. JOIN THE FORCE!

The coaches, staff and parents are very nice, but the owner Devon, is another story. My child was fortunate enough to have her Full Year cheer program paid in full. After being out with an injury early in the season, and missing 5 practices (which is the maximum ALLOWED missed summer practices) she was kicked off the team without warning. When I brought up the fact that she wasn’t over the allowed absences, Devon told me we had no choice but to drop down to the half year team because “these girls don’t even know her” “the girls have already formed a bond and she’ll be left out” “they’ve already formed their stunt groups”. (Might I add, they had girls joining the half year team 2 months after practices started and stunt groups were made) During that time alone the account was charged for $900, which included an extra month of payment after my child had already been dropped from the team, plus $260 for a uniform she never received. All together $1,160 was used towards the full year program that Devon was so determined to kick her off of, and it was not refundable. At this point I’m going to have to elevate this issue because I’m feeling like my child was CHEATED AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF from the very beginning. She made sure she used every single cent of the check my child was given. I find this behavior to be very nasty and grimey. Spend your money with a cheer company that actually values and cares about your children!!

My daughter joined CFE 2 years ago trying out the sport on the non-travel team. She was immediately hooked! We recently finished her first exciting year on the Level 1 travel team. Our experiences here as both a mom and an athlete have been far beyond what I could have ever imagined. The staff at CFE are the most professional, knowledgeable, and supportive individuals-a true family. Even coaches my daughter has not had know her by name and interact with her in the gym on a weekly basis. My daughter came from a dance/gymnastics background prior to wanting to explore cheerleading. I have been SO amazed to see how her skills as an athlete: her strength, flexibility, tumbling have all improved and advanced so rapidly. She absolutely LOVES coming to the gym for practice, tumble class, clinics, and everything CFE has to offer. She can not get enough of CFE! CFE is truly a wonderful program to be a part of!

Love CFE! My oldest daughter is on her 3rd season and my youngest started this year. Their coaches are amazing and have really helped build my daughter’s confidence. Everyone is approachable and you are part of one big family which I love!

Our time with CFE wasn’t long enough. Truly one of the best run gyms we’ve been a part of. The staff and coaches are so welcoming and helpful. Our daughter thrived under the coaching staff, her stunting and tumbling improved so much. Our half year team experience was fantastic and we would have done full year if we weren’t moving. Thank you CFE for such a great year.

My daughters were recommended to come to this cheer organization by a close friend of my oldest daughter. In my own experience I feel like this organization lacks diversity and coaches that actually coach. It’s not a sisterhood in my opinion, a lot of clicks going on that talk about other parents and children. There was a lot of racism going on. My daughter never received her championship ring. Inquired about it and still didn’t receive it. Please do your homework before picking a cheer organization.

Best there is !!! I Have twin girls that started 3 years back. My husband used to cheer and always wanted to let them try it out. Cheering was the one thing I was nervous about my girls starting and said they werent even going to try it out. Fast forward 3 years later, and obviously my husband won that battle lol. It was one of the best decisions we ever made as parents. Lifelong memories, friends and personal growth and development both socially and physically. It is just as much my happy place as it is my girls. They are now 8 1/2 and look forward to each practice and even more to every comp they approach with all their cheer besties. Best coaches in our eyes on each level team there is. Not only do they do it for the love of the sport and the people that are in it, but to watch the kids grow and move through all their stages. We are a big family there, and I am so lucky to have found just where we are suppost to be.

There is absolutely no better place you could go to train than at Impact Training and Fitness. Not only will you receiving training that will get you stronger, faster, and in way better overall shape than you thought possible, but the environment there is amazing. The other athletes are friendly and supportive, and Keith makes the workouts fun and really knows how to bring the best out of everybody at Impact. There hasn't been a single day that I haven't felt like going to Impact and getting my workout in.

Very clean gym and friendly staff. We don’t go there much any more because we have our own fitness room but it’s nice to visit on occasion. We didn’t appreciate the douche sitting on the recumbent bike though. She brought in a giant handbag and was too lazy to get a locker so she placed her junk on the gym floor. She then took out a tall camera stand and filmed herself riding the bike for half an hour. Who films themself riding a seated bike? Weird. Just tacky, unsafe and invasive to those working out who didn’t want to be filmed.

First time visiting this location, not my home gym. Huge gym, lots of equipment, lots of room to workout. Did not know PF gyms were so nice. Great jobs guys, keep up good work

This place is a single functional soap dispenser away from being 4 or 5 stars. But they don't have a single functional soap dispenser in the men's bathroom. On my way out, I tried 3 hand sanitizer dispensers, all empty. I wouldn't be surprised if the alcohol spray was just tap water at this point. Fix the most basic of problems and get your 4 starts back!

Excellent. It's clean, has lots of machines. People are friendly and mostly there to work out and go. It's also not that crowded compared to other PF locations. Check this one out. It's a great place to work out.

I love attending Planet Fitness. The atmosphere is great. You don't feel like you're being judged there. I have attended a lot of gyms, in my experience it feels like a dating seen. You won't feel that vibe at Planet Fitness. Everyone and including staff is very kind.

Absolute best gym for small group training. The coaches are top notch and constantly looking to improve their teaching and expand their knowledge. They sure know what they are doing and I'm so lucky to have them as my trainers!

I'm in my 3rd month & I train at ATS 2 days a week. I can't brag enough about the Coaches! I'm training with Coach Chris & he's on point with the necessary training for every one in my team. I love that the groups are small- the maximum number in the group is 8 but usually 6-7 which gives the coach eyes & ears for each person. The price is right for the professional training with awesome coaches!

I have been training at ATS for a little over a month and the trainers are fantastic. The program is small group but it feels more like personal one on one training. Every session is better than the last! I Highly recommend!

The real deal. If you're serious about training, this is the place for you. Everyone was so inviting and cordial. They were so friendly and real that you immediately felt like you belonged. When you go there, they run you through a quick diagnostic set of testing to gauge where you are and then set up a system to get you where you want to be. They have varied membership options for you to choose from that fits both your fitness/training needs and financial needs. You weren't locked into anything. Plans go month to month with the ability to either pause or cancel your membership. Their rates were not unreasonable. I don't want to list my price here as the cost really depends on your needs/budget. You can also adjust it to a higher or lower budget even after you've chosen a membership level. One of the things I liked right away was that when I reached out for information, they got back to me almost immediately. Then, after I signed up for a plan for my son, I realized I had to adjust something, and that was done immediately as well. The app that they use is easy. You go in and select the class you want to attend based on your membership/goal. They give you time (2 hours before start time) to cancel it if needed so that you aren't charged for the day. This is very understandable since that time could have been used for another student. The great thing too is that if you decide to join in a class, you can do it like in minutes before the class starts. I like that. With having a child in sports, games constantly run over or under time, so having the ability to pick and drop classes like that is extremely helpful. For the athletes, the ratio of students to the trainer is 6:1. That's great. Other places just fill up as many as they can, and the athletes end up coaching themselves. Not here. They group you based on similar needs. They keep the ratio tight because each trainer is watching to make sure everything is done with precision. They also have trainers available to do one on one training if needed. As for the adult side of the training, it looked just as organized and thorough. I was there for the Athlete program, so I can't really give out details as to how they work their program for adults, but I would guess it is similar. Judging by the way they handled the athlete's side, I'd assume it's just as great. Very exciting!!!

Adult training at its best! Small class size and a system that progressively builds strength. If you're a former athlete wanting to train in an intense program, a young athlete looking to be more competitive, or someone searching for a different approach to fitness, ATS will help you achieve your goals.

I freaking love this gym. The coaches are excellent, patient, and motivational and the programming is top notch. I’d never done CrossFit before and was super intimidated by the moves and programming, but Pat and his team have been extremely welcoming and most of all, the community is 💯💯💯.

I was recently scoping out new boxes in the area, as I was looking for a change, and wanted to find a place that provided Everything I was looking for under one roof. As soon as I walked into Vae Victis for my free trial, I knew I found what I was looking for. When first walking in, the first thing I noticed was how clean/organized it was. The music was On, and everyone, of all different skill levels were working hard and encouraging one another. I knew Instantly that I wanted to join the team. There are a handful of different coaches who are welcoming, fun and educated.. The WODS are creative and challenging. I have already recommended Vae Victis to friends/family and would suggest the same to anyone who is looking to upgrade their fitness level.

I joined Vae Victis in April but have been crossfitting for 2 years. The members and coaches welcomed me and made me feel part of the community right away. The box is spacious, clean and well-kept and equipment is plentiful. One reason I switched boxes was the top-notch programming offered at Vae Victis. WODs are fun & challenging and push me to be a better athlete. Whether you’re looking to compete, cross-train or just get a good work out in, you’re in the right place. The coaching staff has been great with helping me cross-train safely for ocr and running races.

I highly recommend Reiki My Yoga. I live out of state and always schedule a visit with Sae for one of her Sound Bath Meditation sessions while I am in South Jersey. I've gone to other sessions in other places and they just don't equate. I find Sae's Sound Bath Sessions to be very soothing as she leads a guided meditation joined with the healing vibrations of the large variety of singing bowls, bells, flutes, and other calming sound waves. Visiting the Reiki My Yoga studio is a great way to center yourself, heal, and recharge your energy.

I have been seeing Sae for many years. She truly is amazing. I got a reiki session yesterday and woke up with no headache after months of headaches after my car accident. I am so thankful I found her. He studio is very zen and would highly recommend to everyone. She not only provides me with healing, but she’s kinda my therapist too. I was always feel better after chatting with her. Thank you again for everything and I will see you next month.

The coaches and gym members at NavigateGym keep you motivated and make it fun! Everyone is so welcoming so you never feel awkward or out of place from the moment you join. The workouts are always different and are actually fun so you never get bored of doing the same thing. If you’re not able to do any part of the workout, a knowledgeable coach is always there to guide you on how you can scale it to make it work for you. I’ve been here 16 months and have lost 40 pounds. I feel so much better physically and it has done wonders for me mentally.

Incredible gym, passionate, knowledgeable staff, and an atmosphere that’s truly like working out with a close group of friends and family. Workouts are tailored to each person’s ability and fitness goals and accounting for any injuries or physical impairments. It’s where I go to decompress at the end of the day. My mental and physical fitness has improved ten-fold since I started at this gym and I am so grateful for my home away from home.

Navigate makes working out accessible and fun for all skill levels. All of the coaches and the members are so supportive. I truly look forward to coming in every day because it feels like a community! I can't recommend Navigate enough!
