We held my daughter’s fifth birthday party here and it was a hit! Everyone, kids (ranging in age from 2-10, but average age 5) and parents included, had a great time! There was so much space for the kids to run around and be kids. We did a bounce house birthday, which is just what my five year old asked for. There were three large bounce houses and an open floor area to play in. The staff helped with clean up and were ready for us when we arrived 30 minutes early to set up. As promised, they provided tables and chairs for the number of kids we had attending. I wouldn’t be surprised if we were back again next year or even soon for a friend’s birthday party!

We highly recommend Oregon Dream Teams. We cheered many years ago at a different gym and would admire Oregon Dream at competitions for their great performances and coaches who would so enthusiastically jump for joy and celebrate those performances. Our gym closed and we stopped cheering for a few years so when my daughter expressed wanting to go back, we knew where we were going. Jessie, our coach, was so sweet at welcoming us and introducing my daughter to the team as we live over an hour away and knew nobody on the team. Our experience since joining has been great. You can tell the owners care deeply about the athletes, the sport, and are wanting the kids to succeed. I always get quick responses to any questions I have, and they are very transparent about the costs. Overall, it has been a great experience and worth the drive!

We have been to many gym in our 6 years of cheerleading. ODT is hands down the best gym we have ever been too. We love the staff. There is always a great class available for all skill levels, and the best private instructors ever. I have seen so much growth in my daughter, not only in cheer but as a person since we found ODT. We are so grateful to be a part of this amazing cheer family💙🖤💙

We did a birthday party here and the space is nice. That’s where the positive ends. The kids are just unleashed into the space and the coordinator just disappeared. It was clear that was the case with the party before us who were late leaving and cleaning so we lost our set up time. So guests were arriving while we were setting up. The coordinator disappeared for the majority of the event including the end. I honestly had no idea if he needed anything else from us but he was nowhere to be found. Since I had paid the invoice through an email I just left after standing around for a few minutes waiting for him.

Oregon Dream Teams has been a second family/home to me!They always want what’s best for you and always push you to be your best. The gym owners and people you meet here are all so welcoming and kind! If you are looking for somewhere competitive and fun I would 100% recommend ODT🤍

Okay. I hate doing this but it's a major problem. I went early this morning before work and I'm using the seated leg press machine when a personal trainer and her client come up to me. She places a cone behind the press and I say "I'm using this" and she taps her name tag and says 'im a coach's and pushes in front of me. While saying that they won't use it for long. I have been a trainer for years and have never done that or seen it. It forced me to change my workout when I reality she should have found an alternative for her client. I went to the front to let them know, I had a sweet girl who listened and took down my information. It's not her fault, I just have a huge problem with that. It's not a good look for the gym, I'm also a new member here so it doesn't set a good tone. I have nothing against the gym itself, it's clean, good equipment but patrons cannot be treated like that.

I have been coming to this club past 20 years and the club is getting bad shape with equipment many have torn covers or broken that are desperately need of repair. Please go around and fix the equipment.

I have been going here for over 10 years. Unfortunately, they don't regularly clean or maintain the equipment. You want to take a shower after your workout or pool, expect it to be freezing cold. About 50% of the population is elderly, how inconsiderate. They save a few dollars placing water heater on vacation mode. If you try cardio equipment, you will get to use old refurbished treadmills. The belts and buttons are broken, use at your own risk. If you bring the concern to the manager, he takes no action. They removed all paper dispensers in the weight machine area, except 2, which are always out of paper. The current manager saves these few dollars, maybe that's why they keep him.

I've been attending Yoga and Body pump classes, and there is one very rude lady who, on multiple occasions, has been attacking people and kicking their belongings away to create more space for herself, as if she's the only one in the class. Multiple people have complained to the management, but nothing have been done. The GM changes frequently, and nobody cares about the security, politeness, cleanliness, or the broken equipment at this gym.

The gym currently is cleaner than it has been in the past. The sauna does not smell like a high school boys locker room anymore.. Today there was a female in the men’s locker room. When I finished getting dressed and went out front, I asked the front desk personnel, and they were not sure about the policy. I would like to have this question answered if we are going to start having coed bathrooms. I am not OK with this, and we all know what happened with planet fitness when they try to make a stance supporting the less than 1/2 of one percent of the population. I am pretty sure that all the women whose little girls are in the locker room would not be happy if I decided to walk in they’re naked

My decision to start working with Boris has been one of the best decisions I have made in years. He and his team handle everything from tailoring a eating plan specifically for you, getting your bloodwork so you can get proper supplementation as needed, and working out with you in way that makes getting in great shape easy for busy people. I love that Boris' approach is to be totally based on results. You meet with him and set goals and then track those goals. He is available whenever I have a question and checks in frequently to keep me on track. I can't say enough good things.

Boris is phenomenal. I sought help with hormone regulation and weight loss and got so much more. He prioritizes mental health alongside nutrition, providing a holistic approach to wellness. His help with increasing my sleep has been incredibly helpful in all areas of my day to day life. His emphasis on food flexibility was very helpful, he helped me find ways to eat the foods I like all within my macro limits, making healthy eating sustainable and enjoyable. His communication and feedback daily and weekly is seamless, ensuring constant support and motivation. If you're seeking a health coach who cares about your overall well-being and success, Boris is your guy.

This place is amazing. I have belonged to multiple gyms over the years and Planet Fitness is by far the best quality and value that I have seen. I mean seriously, $10 bucks a month (+ the $75 yearly service charge), but still totally worth it. What are the other options? I was looking at Anytime Fitness and they were $39/month (not sure about their sign up or service fees) and their location near my house wasn’t nearly as nice not to mention as clean as PF. Then there is Orange Fitness…nope I do not want to join a cult. That leaves other gyms I am sure , but I am quite happy thank you. Mad props to the Teal Rd employees…new years resolution starts….NOW!!

Clean and well staffed gym. They offer a variety of classes throughout the day. The trainer Michele- is awesome! She really knows her stuff! I love the workouts. She provides instruction for all fitness and experience levels. I have taken a handful of classes, and I’m surprised at how quick the time passes …and how soar I am the next day.

This gym is very clean. The staff does a great job keeping the equipment and common areas tidy and organized, which makes it a comfortable environment to work out in. I also really appreciate the staff here—they’re always friendly, approachable, and willing to help with any questions. Their positive attitude adds a lot to the experience, making it a place I look forward to visiting regularly!

Been a member for a while. I come here 3 a week in the mornings. I like a lot of the Black Card benefits. And I like that they have a big variety of machines. I do dislike some of their corporate policies. But I'm upping my rating from 3-stars to 5-stars for a couple reasons. 1) owner reached out to me about my prev concerns and addressed them. 2) The Wellness POD in the Black Room is a GAME CHANGER! Oh my goodness was that nice!

I'm a current member of your local competition. I walked in today for a trial workout with the intention of signing up. Was told it's $20 for a guest pass, so I just left. My question is, do you want new members or not? It's not even about the $20. It's the fact that you put up barriers for new members to feel welcome in your gym.

half the machines are in bad condition I had to share the pin you use to select the weight with someone working out on the next machine over because the one I was using didn’t have one nothing is very clean the stations with paper towels and spray bottles are often empty or broken and it’s absolutely impossible to cancel your membership. Had an employee tell me over the phone that I could cancel my membership via email and imagine my surprise a month after sending that email when I was charged $30 to my account and now I’m supposed to drive two hours to come cancel it in person

SUPER cheap equipment. Awful lighting. No mirrors except a couple small ones by free weights. Benches screwed down, which removes flexibility. Drinking fountains and bathrooms in annoyingly far locations. Overstaffed front desk that does nothing - can’t even bother greeting customers. If you’re the type of person to go to a gym for 2 days every few months, Crunch is a great place to blow your money. Yes, you can get a workout in here, but well worth the extra $20-30 to go to a halfway decent gym. This place is certainly a low quality gym; no clue how anyone rates it highly.

Update: 03/20 and this gym still don’t have an abduction machine. Also, Some pads are broken and they put tape on it instead of buying new ones. It’s very frustrating! I’ve decided to go to Planet Fitness due to lack of consideration for members who pay to use the gym. They renovated the gym, but a lot of the equipments are still old. They don’t have an abduction machine (it’s been like this for almost 4 months now) and whenever a machine breaks, it takes 1-2 months to get it fixed. Free weights are great, but don’t have a lot of expectations about the machines to lift weight.

What an effing nightmare. It took them 6 months to correct my sons’ membership, overcharging every month. After month 3 of “yeah it’s taken care of” decided to cancel but took another 3 months to get accounting situated to be able to cancel. I will go out of my way to tell people NOT to use this brand. It’s 2024, people matter more than this…

Just had to cancel my membership because I am moving out of state and the whole process was so easy. Typically I wouldn’t write a review, but Chris was super understanding, he made the process totally painless, and even helped check for new gyms in my area. On top of that, the facility was always clean, the desk people were always nice and helpful, and any classes I took were always really fun. Really sad to be leaving but thanks again for the time! You all rock.

My kids have been taking dance classes here for a few years now and both are part of company now. The teachers have always been so kind and patient with the little. I’m impressed by how well they keep their attention and also the growth and development of my two kids since starting here. My kids love to go to dance and part of that is because of the teachers and the other part is the community. Some of their best friends are in their classes!

My kid has danced on the competitive team at Encore for two seasons, and the growth in her dancing abilities has been really impressive. Encore really lives up to its motto "A path for every performer." They have such a wide variety of classes. Some kids dance competitively and some recreationally; Encore values both. The studio owners and teachers really care about each child and know how to bring out the best in each of them. The friendships we've made are priceless. We are so grateful for the community that Encore works so hard to build.

My daughter has been taking classes here for years and is now in her third competition season with Encore. I cannot say enough good things about this studio! All of the instructors are incredibly supportive and are amazing at working with their students to bring out their best (while remembering that they are, in fact, working with children). The caliber of talent and choreography here is really unmatched in the Portland area. I’m really proud to be an Encore parent and, if you’re at all thinking about getting your child into the arts, I would encourage you to give them a try. They will be in good hands.

Our family has had kids taking classes at Encore Performing Arts Center for about 10 years now. My children have explored musical theater, hip hop, stretching and strengthening classes, acrobatics, ballet and other traditional dance styles, performance opportunities and competitive dance team. The summer camps are always a hit, especially Circus camp! This place is very special to us. The director and instructors are like a 2nd family and the friendships made with other dancers and their families are bound to be lifelong connections.

I’ve been taking classes at encore for 3 years along with my brother who’s been going for 4 years. We are part of the street styles program and love everything about it. The teacher is amazing and always makes classes fun and exciting. I never have a day where I don’t want to go to encore. Encore has an amazing community and everyone is accepted and treated like family. Everything from affordable classes to a widespread curriculum with amazing teachers, Encore is the place to be if you want to dance, act, or more.
