BE ALL IN OR ALL OUT, or else you'll get charged up the wahoo. The staff & experience is more like 5 star. I enjoyed how I was encouraged to push myself, but also go at my own pace. The instructors are personable and great at their jobs. The facility is clean, and the atmosphere encouraging and empowering. However, I'm not a fan of the orange theory corporate/business model. This is a great system if you have plenty of money to spare and if you really want to buy into the entire system. The cool heartrate monitor is an extra $120 to buy, or $10/session to rent. The cool body composition machine is $25/use. The class cost for basic (which was what I was doing) is about $20/class. I think if you buy a bigger package, you can get the cost per class down to $5/class, depending on how often you go. So the more you use it, the better off you are financially. But holy cow, if you are only half in, or if you want to get out of the system, it is NOT easy or cheap! I called to cancel on Oct 21st, since my billing date is the 2nd of each month, thinking that was plenty of time. However, I didn't recall/understand they require a 30 day notice for cancelation, which apparently means you have to be billed for another full month before you can quit. Example: Canceling on Oct 21st means that I get billed one more time for the month of November, and my service actually ends on Dec 2nd. To me, this business model just doesn't make sense, and really screwed me over personally because I'll be travelling all but 5 days in the month of November (and no, I won't have time to go to the gym during these travels). The only bandaid for this experience was to put a freeze on my account, which still costs $15 for the month of Novemeber, even though obviously no services will be rendered. Then, I will have to pay the full $85 on Dec 2nd and use up my classes until Jan 1st. Basically, Orange Theory as a business really tries to find every possible way to squeeze a dollar from you, and the only way to make it more affordable is to buy completely into the system and do nothing else for your fitness. That said, I know that buying into the system does really work for some people! But if you're like me and you only want a class or to go to the gym a few times a month, this is not for you.

The workout at Orange Theory Westside is challenging & different every time. The coaches here are THE BEST!!! They encourage & push us & the community there is so supportive. I’ve been a member going on 9 months & it’s the best decision I’ve made in my health journey. The growth & improvement I’ve seen in my health is worth the membership. I love & highly recommend OTF!

I haven't been to the gym in over a decade, but I knew I needed a change and I liked the OTF model. Coach Andy and Elia are fantastic. The gym is clean and I like that it's a "no phone zone." Everyone is friendly and there are members of all fitness levels and sizes. As far as the workouts, you can go at your own pace (walking instead of running, for example). The coaches are so encouraging and help you work on your form when doing body weight or free weight exercises. I'm a gym covert thanks to OTF. 👍🏾

I did not post anything when I gave the 5 star rating but I want people to know that this place is amazing. I left during COVID and I am glad I am back. If you want a great workout with coaches that are in tune with you and your need for options then this is the place. The staff really get to know you and are very welcoming. The coaches stay right on top of you and your group with making sure you are performing your exercise correctly to encouraging you to run or row faster. I am 62 and can't believe some of the stuff I can do. Thank you OTF

The workouts are well thought out, organized, varied, and provide the opportunity to get a great workout in an hour! The coaches are motivating, knowledgeable, and helpful in form and technique. The fact that you use a treadmill, rower, and a variety of floor exercises ensures you get cardio, strength, and flexibility training. In addition, if you have any issues, such as bad knees, the coach will provide an alternate method to perform the exercise. Overall, great workouts!!!

This is hands down THE BEST Anytime in Albuquerque. I came here all through COVID and they enforced the mask policy for everyone's safety. They are very clean, it's grown, the owner is a complete professional and an old fashioned gentleman. The manager Dominic is so polite and courteous. I love this gym.

This gym is always clean! Probably the cleanest gym I've been to. The staff is friendly and available to help, but never overbearing.

I joined Anytime Fitness while visiting my hometown of Albuquerque for 6 weeks. I needed something simple, clean, gets the job done without too long of a wait or crowds. This location met and exceeded those expectations. The initial wait of 30 days to use any location was the only bummer, but I think that’s a corporate thing. The Tafoya family who operates this location does a great job. I’ve never seen a cleaner gym. Aside from “after work hours” around 6-8, you may have to wait for some equipment. Other members I’ve interacted with are nice, seem to understand the limited space, and likely will let you jump in between sets. Plus I dig how they celebrate and promote the nearby West Mesa community.

My local home gym, hands down one of the best fitness center EVER. Staff is amazing and a HUGE SHOUT OUT TO Dom and Peter for always putting their members first, being compassionate and changing the world with one person at a time. Eat healthy, stay hydrated and keep it groovy baby.

Why go anywhere else? This place has it all: 24/7 access, free weights, machines, treadmills, etc. Ideal for swinging by before/after work and even in the middle of the night if you're bored. Best part: your key gives you access to any of the locations nationwide after 30 days of membership! I travel all the time for work and it's nice to swing by the local Anytime Fitness and get my workout in whilst I'm out of town.

Love OTF! From inexperienced to experienced gym folks, everyone is welcome and gets the workout they need under guidance by a coach. Joined in a different state and regularly visit other locations while traveling. The convenience is great!

I enjoy the challenging workouts and appreciate that the coaches encourage me to push myself and not just “take it easy”. Great location and people 👍

I love everything about OT! It's rounded out to improve cardio and strength. We see different exercises every class to target new muscle groups and keep things interesting. All I have to do is show up and I can work towards my goals at my pace. Coaches are encouraging and helpful to ensure my form is optimal and I'm pushing myself. I'm so happy to be a part of OT!

The Orange Theory is a great workout concept GYM. I have no issues with the program and I enjoy working out there. However I do have a few problems. First they charge you $12.94 if you're late to the class and they send you home without attending the class. I am okay with that only if they enforce this rule and do it to everyone who is late. But that's not the case. My wife and I have seem other people gone in multiple times showing up late. Secondly, Keep an eye on your credit card statements because they will reopen your membership without your consent after you stop. I was paying for my Mother-in-law and she stopped going in June of 2022 and cancelled her account. In Oct of 2022 they called and trying to get her back on. She told the rep she will not rejoin at this time due to her health. Well come to find out OTF started charging my card since NOV of 2022. I called them today 01/30/2023 and they said they are not sure why and needed to do research?? What research do you need? She hasn't been coming to class.. I am very turned off by this type of business practice. as much as We like the concept and the workouts. we are looking for a new gym at this point.
