Gemstone is the best gymnastics gym in San Diego hands down. My older daughter is on the team and they have taught her so much, not only improved her skill but also her confidence. My younger daughter is in gym bears and it is so cute. Everyone at the gym is thoughtful, kind, enthusiastic, and so wonderful with the kids. We feel so lucky to be a Gemstone Fam!

This gym is fantastic! They put so much effort into making the classes fun and creative while also really teaching proper skills. My daughter has grown to love gymnastics so much because of gemstone and the wonderful coaches. So much so that she not only looks forward to class every week but she practices her skills at home every single day. Thank you Gemstone for lighting a little fire for my daughter’s passion.

Our daughter started a Gemstone a couple of years ago. She has enhanced her skills, become a more confident and capable gymnast and loves going there. She enjoys working with all the teachers and has made many friends. The atmosphere is friendly, fun, inviting, and the teachers continually challenge her. We especially love that they helped her set her own skills goals, and then they work together to attain those. I appreciate the theme weeks, special events, various classes offered, and that the space accommodates several ages/classes. We are grateful to have Gemstone in our neighborhood!

We love gemstone gymnastics!! All of the teachers are wonderful. Our daughter Elle even pretends to be "teacher Taylor" at home and teaches her stuffies gymnastics. They gave out gold metals at an Olympic ceremony this summer and it is one of Elle's prized possessions 🥰 Elle's classes here are always a highlights of our week!

We love gemstone! Both my kids look forward to taking classes hear every summer. The weekly themes keep things fresh, and the flexibility with make-up days is so convenient. When my son broke his arm part way through a session, they even worked with us and made an exception to allow my daughter to take classes in his place. The teachers are kind and engaged, customer service is prompt and friendly.

This is the best Rhythmic Gymnastics club in San Diego. My daughter is going there for last 6 years and she feels home there. All the coaches and staff are great and very friendly. Lilly is an awesome admin and Masha is a great owner/head coach with an excellent discipline. We love this training institute.

We had an amazing few years experience with this Rhythmic Gymnastics studio in Miramar and only left because we moved out of state. I had two of my daughters attend this school and they offer classes for kids as little as 2 to 3 years old. Coach Masha and Coach Angelina were amazing! It has a family feel and my girls always felt comfortable here. We loved the Halloween and holiday parties in addition to the regular competition opportunities. I watched their talent grow and compete in ways I never thought they would! 5 stars!

I found Champion Rhythmic online while searching for a new gymnastics class for my 7-year-old daughter, and I am so glad that I did. If I could rate them higher, I would. Not only do I like the professional and highly talented instructors, but how they are coaching the girls to help them prepare at a competitive level if they choose. There are so my program at this age where it appears to be more play than skill, so if you are looking for your child to learn the great fundamentals, this is it. I also appreciate that the instructors try to match the girls with the appropriate skill level. Hence, each class has a consistent flow, and you can tell the difference between novice and seasoned learners. Moreover, the instructs distribute the apparatuses to ensure each girl utilizes an instrument suite for their height. It is not okay; girls, go grab Xzy. Each girl can get personal guidance and correction on their moves due to the low teacher-to-student ratio. My daughter loved both ballet and gymnastics. Therefore, Rhythmic is the perfect marriage between the two. If you are looking for a new studio for your daughter, I recommend that you try Rhythmic. They will not disappoint. Plus, their administrative staff was also patient and extremely helpful in finding the proper placement for my daughter. Thanks, Lily and Laura for your help!

Both of my girls are on the team and spend 20-25 hours a week in this gym. This is their second home. There is never a doubt in my mind, they are safe and taken care of. We've been members for 4 years and consider Champion R our family. My youngest daughter was recently diagnosed with a very complex chronic condition and coaches go above and beyond to make sure she is comfortable and safe.

I have had the pleasure of watching two of my kids grow with the team at Momentum. The staff are committed to each athlete finding their path and improving skills with each visit. They have flexible class schedules, and great camps during school breaks that are easy to join and fun for my 7 year-old. Highly recommended!

We hosted our child’s birthday party here, and it was a rough start for us. The booking confirmation said the party room would be ready with supplies, but we had to set everything up ourselves. Jenna at the front desk didn’t care, and Coach Ivan, who promised to make things right with a discount, never followed through and became rude when we followed up. For the price, you expect at least basic service, but you’ll be left doing all the work yourself. Do yourself a favor and find a venue that actually delivers on their promises.

We LOVE SD gymnastics! The gym is so clean, everything is brand new, and the lobby is spacious for those parents watching their little gymnasts. My daughter's confidence has grown in the short time we've been here and I'm so excited to see her skills grow! Highly recommend getting plugged into this amazing gym!

My kid loves San Diego Gymnastics in Rancho Bernardo! He’s been attending since they opened in April 2024 and he was so excited to expand his Parkour skills. Coach Miles has been super fun and patient with our high energy son. His absolute favorite is Kid’s Night Out where he has free play for four hours and pizza is included too! Mom and Dad feel safe to drop off and enjoy themselves for a quiet dinner. We highly recommend this gym! Friendly and attentive staff makes it very easy to be members!

The facility is clean and comfortable as a parent to sit and watch, we’re so happy we found this place. They always have fun specials and promos to be apart of as a bonus.

Classes are in small group sessions with equipment rotations; staff is following sanitation guidelines and enforcing face coverings and social distancing without exceptions. Limit only one audience member per student. Students and audience all get temperature checked prior to admitance. Reasonable prices and variety of camps and other event activities offered at additional cost. Free session available to any new student....just gotta call to schedule it. As far as classes, coaches are young and enthusiastic. Some are a bit more strict and yell more than others, so it can be a bit intimidating for the absolute newbie. There are different skill level classes offered and plenty of different hours to choose from. Overall, my daughter would like to learn more trampoline acrobatics and I may need to find a different place for that, but she likes Rockstar Gymnastics for now.

It is an average gymnastics place. I've taken my daughter there twice Once when she was 2 years old and then we returned when she was 5. During those 3 years not much has changed. They charge quite a lot for a 45 minute class. Things are often decided last minute when it comes to who is gonna be teaching the class, whether its gonna be upstairs or downstairs , and if they will have enough littles for a group. I feel like the teachers are too young, not very interested; there's not much adjustment they make for the kids to really learn. Maybe for older kids it's different but for the littles it simply is a place to get their energy out and it's still too short.. we won't be coming back.. this place needs to be more organized and teachers need to be more productive/invested in teaching the kids gymnastic basics. Another huge downside is that it's super hot!

Not a bad gym. Price wise it is one of the best in the area. My daughter has learned a lot and continues to enjoy it. The class sizes range week to week which is odd. They could benefit from a re-structured class schedule and better clerical / secretary skills up front. Beware there is no AC and they never use their fans...? Updating the interior and some equipment is much needed. To the owner if you read this, please invest in some better fans, it is almost unbearable just sitting here. I can’t imagine for all the young kids moving around and sweating. That being said you get what you pay for I suppose.

My daughter has been going to this gym for years. My experience here has always been pleasant until recently. I paid for a previous session and due to family issues, my daughter missed 2 classes. Previously before I would call and the front desk girl would just reschedule for a make up class. Simple! This last time I called I spoke to Louisa and OMG how rude. She was very persistent on stating that my daughter was not allowed to make up a class because I did not call in advance. I informed her I have medical records and a doctors note stating I was ill. She didn't budge. I was on the phone with her for about 20 minutes. I told her to call me back. 1 hour passes by so I called her. She said she was still "looking into it". I asked to speak to her boss. The owner Lana picked up and basically said there was new management and no one enforced the rules before and now they are. She threw it in my face saying that I'm costing her money when I miss a class so she shouldn't have to give my daughter a make up class at all. She also added that her employees has families too and they need to get paid as well. I was appalled in how inconsiderable she was. I informed her I was ill and she said they need to make money too. By this time her voice was at a higher pitch and interrupting me as I was speaking. Horrible customer service. I added that because she didn't want to accommodate me for 2 classes, she lost my business completely. Searching for a new gym...not happy with current management. Some places go downhill when management changes and I can assure you, this gym will be losing a lot of business.

We started coming here when they first opened at the end of 2022. My daughter started off in a once a week rec class, moved up levels, then to pre-team, and now we’re getting ready to participate in competitions. The girls in her Xcel team are all great and they encourage one another led by their coach. The gym feels like a second home to my kid and I love the positive associations she’s making in her physical and mental development by exerting herself in a guided and safe setting.

Love this place!! Everyone is so energetic, welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly to me, it is a safe and what seems to be a secure place. The coaches my child has had have been super patient as my child doesn't open up easily to just anyone, and managed to open up with one of the coaches after only 2 classes. So to me, that says a lot about this coach, (I wish I could remember her name) but, also the cleanliness of this place is great, the restrooms also, I love the viewing room (so does grandma as she's the one that has taken over this duty). I love how there's a little movie area also for the sibblings to hang out while they wait instead of in the car. Parking is great. Location is also great.

5 stars all around for LGA!!! I would love to send a special shout out to Coach Slayden (aka Coach Slay). This man is able to keep A consistent level of safety/knowledge of this Art/discipline and most of all FUN, all wrapped up in each and every 45 minute session that My Grandson attends. Calling yourself a coach just for a title is one thing but actually BEING AN AMAZING COACH (Which coach Slay is), requires so much more. My Grandson has learned so much from attending Legacy. I could never thank these coaches enough. The level of safety/concern and attentiveness to each individual child these coaches give is beyond all expectations. We have been attending for a little over a year now, and all three of my grandchildren absolutely adore their weekly classes. Thank you again Coach Slay!!!

Legacy gymnastics is a beautiful facility so thoughtfully designed. My son loved the parkour program Coaches are amazing. My daughter’s pre-team and Coach Mo was exactly what we needed. My daughter loves her. All the coaches there are great instructors and genuinely care about the athletes they are mentoring.

LGA is a wonderful studio that is much needed for the South Bay community. I grew up near this area and when I saw this opened up I wanted to come and support even though we live in La Mesa. Our little one takes Coach Aubrey’s class and she has a gift with little ones. She knows how to get her class moving, how to handle the shy young ones very well- giving them time to bloom in their own timeframe and time. I knew Coach Aubrey was the one for us the moment I met her, she reminded me of a coach I knew when I was teaching dance who knew her stuff so I knew Coach Aubrey was it and she is!! If you have a new walker I def recommend taking her to Coach Aubrey. If you have an energetic little one I recommend her as well! Coach Aubrey can do it all!’
