I was a member last year but didn't continue. The stretches were helpful. Yes, I could do them on my own, but I wasn't. I kept receiving the emails and texts for sales and specials. I went back last month for a $29 stretch. I ended up canceling my appointment because traffic and parking were out of control. Luckily they let me reschedule without penalty. I signed back up for a membership. The stretch was good. This go around I actually do some stretching but I know I need more. They've got a lot of new staff now, but I do recognize one person's name from before. I'm going to stick around for this new membership and go from there.

I love going to the Stretchlab at Park West. It's such a peaceful place to go. Everyone is so friendly and the stretch practitioners are so knowledgeable about the body. My wife and I just started going regularly and we both can feel the difference in our bodies. If you have any kind of stiffness or flexibility issues don't wait another day call them up and try them out, your muscles with thank you.

I've been going to StretchLab since this location opened. Loved the concept and found it was helping me. I was going twice a week for 50 minute sessions. Why the 1 star review? They constantly have employee turnover. You start working with one person, then they're gone (either quit or fired), so you find someone else, then they're gone, etc. I finally cancelled my membership. Of course you cancel, then they charge you for an additional month (which is part of the agreement you sign). My problem is, I am only comfortable seeing a female and I work during the day so I can only go in the evenings and Saturdays. They no longer have any females working in the evenings or Saturdays. I contacted them and let them know they are unable to service my membership. They apologized but still kept my money. I didn't even use my appointments from last month due to travel. You lose your sessions every month unless you specifically ask them to roll them over to the next month. The month before that, I asked them to roll them over, they did, but then took them back (not that it mattered since I couldn't get an appointment anyway). It's just turned into a really bad experience and I'm left feeling ripped off. It's not cheap, I was paying $459 a month. Something there is broken, but I don't think there's any interest in fixing it. I would not recommend signing a contract with them.

It’s two only because the front desk. Other than that… not worth the price or the time. Cancelled monthly subscription and I had the cheapest price they had. I even paid the $200 fine! I still haven’t finished my first months payment of sessions. I would rather cut my losses. Read more for some insight… 1) its pricey for somewhat of a “stretch” 2) being in a physically demanding job and from the health and wellness profession, the “stretch” leaves more to be desired 3) special populations could benefit (65+, obese, special needs) All in all, nice concept. If you enjoy fitness, this isn’t therapy. If you need to just be motivated to move or need assistance moving then it might help. I do not, would not get behind StretchLab.

My initial assessment was not great. I knew I needed something so I decided to book a few more appointments, and I am glad I did! I had 3 appointments with Morgan. She was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful with my issues. I could barely move when I went in for my 1st visit with her I am happy to say that is not the case after my 3rd visit. Unfortunately, I need a bit more help than the StretchLab can offer so it’s back to PT for me. I will definitely consider seeing Morgan again, she was great!

Please don't train with Morgan! She talks badly about the owner, her own clients and other people that train in the gym! She's inattentive when training and is always on her phone and complaining about everything from boys, to the gym to other trainers that no longer work there! She is very negative with a poor attitude as well as she try's to scam you for more money after you've already paid I would completely stay away EDIT: I WOULD JUST LIKE TO CLARIFY THE GYM ITSELF AND THE OWNER ARE AMAZING!! It's a beautiful and quiet gym and the owner is dedicated and amazing to this gym!! It was just this specific trainer at the gym!! I highly recommend the gym! Just not the trainer! :)

This gym is great! Much better than the big gyms that are so packed. Stephen Balda is a wonderful trainer at this gym, who provides excellent personal training and nutrition. He is a supportive, caring coach, extremely knowledgeable and very personable. His workouts are challenging and effective. His nutrition plans easy and tasty. If you are looking for a private gym and personal trainer, look no further!

Badass gym, badass people. Meets the essentials for a quality gym. On the small side but much better than the large gyms just pushing people through for memberships. The owner met and signed me up and made the process seamless and personable. Everyone in the gym was focused on their own and made for a fun but focused atmosphere. Check out the inside of this gym.

I just joined and love it. Not a bunch of kids hanging out like the other gym I was part of. People who are serious about getting in shape. Nice mix of equipment and super clean. 24 hrs is a big plus.

Everything a gym should have. Clean, well maintained equipment. Cardio equipment, machines, racks, and free weights. Lots of floor space. Also boasts 24/7 access. Best secret? The personal trainers. Here's mine: https://www.trainerize.me/profile/gondolatrainingandnutrition/Stephen.Balda/

I am currently a member here at The Barnyard since April 2023. When I first started here, I was 209lbs and training in jiu jitsu. What Becca and Colin did for me was help me get to a goal weight to compete at. I am currently sitting at 183lbs and cutting more to compete nationally. The program they have set for me gave me a realistic picture of what I needed to work on, they held me accountable and ensured that I put in the work. I have gained muscle and lost visceral fat, but what kept me going was the atmosphere. I would not and could not have made it through without the group of people (the members) that come to the Barnyard. It is a family atmosphere and we push through when it is grueling especially when it’s hot. Yes, we have fans and yes we workout in the heat but it’s not UNBEARABLE. Come try it out cause I assure you it is a fun place to be at. Before I end this, I never really knew how to properly lift, know what Toes to Bar was, climb up some ropes, or even challenged myself to do a Spartan race but guess what I did. Thanks to Colin and Becca.

I have been training at Barnyard for over a year and a half and love it! The classes are a lot of fun and challenging, without being over technical or competitive. The instructors are very knowledgeable about a variety of lifts, and the workouts are a good variety and allow me to progress with strength, endurance, and mobility. Additionally, they are always very encouraging and know how to keep us motivated and working towards our goals.

I’m in town for 3 weeks before I head out to play college football, so I asked if I could only pay for 3 weeks instead of a month pass and Collin was very helpful and accommodating with my special circumstance! The programming and the structure of the weeks workouts are a perfect blend of tough for more experienced people while still being able to scale and change the workouts for beginners. The excellent customer service along with the great facility and high quality equipment, makes this a premier outlet for athletes, experienced lifters, and people just getting started in the fitness world! 11/10

The gym is amazing, & the culture is unmatched. If you’re serious about fitness this is the place to go, and Becca and Collin can help you reach your goals. And honestly the people with the negative reviews on here sound like crybabies who simply didn’t get their way and probably expect everything handed to them. Don’t listen to the negative reviews. This is the place you want to go to reach your full fitness potential, and not the place to go if you expect freebies, handouts, and participation trophies. Work hard and the results will pay off. Dont be a Karen

Was sorely disappointed in this gym as I had high hopes based on the very impressive facilities! But sadly the coaching did not match up. The programming often included highly difficult and technical movements not suitable for most average members, which would be fine, except the coaches never seemed to have adequate scaling options or ways to help members build such skills. Additionally the owners were not reliable. On multiple occasions myself and other members showed up to scheduled classes and they did not show up to coach or were extremely late, with no notice. I did not feel the owners respected members or truly cared about helping them improve. I didn’t even end up staying to finish the 3 months I paid for.
