I was a member last year but didn't continue. The stretches were helpful. Yes, I could do them on my own, but I wasn't. I kept receiving the emails and texts for sales and specials. I went back last month for a $29 stretch. I ended up canceling my appointment because traffic and parking were out of control. Luckily they let me reschedule without penalty. I signed back up for a membership. The stretch was good. This go around I actually do some stretching but I know I need more. They've got a lot of new staff now, but I do recognize one person's name from before. I'm going to stick around for this new membership and go from there.

I love going to the Stretchlab at Park West. It's such a peaceful place to go. Everyone is so friendly and the stretch practitioners are so knowledgeable about the body. My wife and I just started going regularly and we both can feel the difference in our bodies. If you have any kind of stiffness or flexibility issues don't wait another day call them up and try them out, your muscles with thank you.

I've been going to StretchLab since this location opened. Loved the concept and found it was helping me. I was going twice a week for 50 minute sessions. Why the 1 star review? They constantly have employee turnover. You start working with one person, then they're gone (either quit or fired), so you find someone else, then they're gone, etc. I finally cancelled my membership. Of course you cancel, then they charge you for an additional month (which is part of the agreement you sign). My problem is, I am only comfortable seeing a female and I work during the day so I can only go in the evenings and Saturdays. They no longer have any females working in the evenings or Saturdays. I contacted them and let them know they are unable to service my membership. They apologized but still kept my money. I didn't even use my appointments from last month due to travel. You lose your sessions every month unless you specifically ask them to roll them over to the next month. The month before that, I asked them to roll them over, they did, but then took them back (not that it mattered since I couldn't get an appointment anyway). It's just turned into a really bad experience and I'm left feeling ripped off. It's not cheap, I was paying $459 a month. Something there is broken, but I don't think there's any interest in fixing it. I would not recommend signing a contract with them.

It’s two only because the front desk. Other than that… not worth the price or the time. Cancelled monthly subscription and I had the cheapest price they had. I even paid the $200 fine! I still haven’t finished my first months payment of sessions. I would rather cut my losses. Read more for some insight… 1) its pricey for somewhat of a “stretch” 2) being in a physically demanding job and from the health and wellness profession, the “stretch” leaves more to be desired 3) special populations could benefit (65+, obese, special needs) All in all, nice concept. If you enjoy fitness, this isn’t therapy. If you need to just be motivated to move or need assistance moving then it might help. I do not, would not get behind StretchLab.

My initial assessment was not great. I knew I needed something so I decided to book a few more appointments, and I am glad I did! I had 3 appointments with Morgan. She was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful with my issues. I could barely move when I went in for my 1st visit with her I am happy to say that is not the case after my 3rd visit. Unfortunately, I need a bit more help than the StretchLab can offer so it’s back to PT for me. I will definitely consider seeing Morgan again, she was great!
