Went in and asked for a day pass. I asked for clarification that I could come in multiple times in one day. Spent $16 and had a solid workout. When I came back later I was told that it was a single use guest pass. I have done thing at multiple other golds all with success. Don’t understand why here is any different. Edit: The owner reached out and offered to give me a complimentary pass. To me this shows some degree of care for the community and its view on the gym. I appreciate that. While I currently have no need for the pass, thank you for offering. The only gripe I have is the seeming lack of policy knowledge that some employees have. Other than that it’s a nice gym with a thoughtful owner.

Came to tour this location. I only wish I had looked here first! The manager ( Daniel Knight) was amazing. The facility was so bright and clean. The staff so welcoming. I will definitely be moving when I’m done with my training sessions at my other place.

You can deadlift with bare feet but you’re not allowed to be in the general gym space with open toe shoes? The desk associate wouldn’t provide anything in writing that stated this but informed me it’s posted “in the bathrooms.” Yet would not allow entry to actually view said posting. I attended this gym for over 3 years prior to moving to houston in these exact shoes. The lack of logic is surprising in a city like college station. I’m now enjoying my workout with no issues at TruFit, which is a far better place to spend your money.

Good gym. Parking lot has been the target of vandalism at times. No cameras. Other than that it’s a solid gym with good equipment.

This gym is awesome! It was easy to sign up and get started. I prefer innovative fitness over other fitness centers and recommend to check it out! I was slightly intimidated going into my first class but the instructor walked me through the steps and I did great. I enjoy every visit. This is a picture of me at my second pole class.

Overall an amazing gym! The trainers are all so nice and the classes are super challenging but a fun and supportive environment. If there are any exercises that you are unable to do or anything of the sort, the trainers will take their time to help find an alternative that will work better for you. The membership is beyond worth it if you’re looking for a great gym with nice people, fun/challenging classes, and overall a supportive environment. If you get the chance, definitely attend one of the strength classes with Trevor or one of the body burner classes with Tony, they are both so amazing. And Laurah was so helpful in getting me all signed up and checking in with me to see how was settling in to the workout classes!!

This gym has become like a family to me. I love the atmosphere and the support I've received from the coaches. I'm new to working out, so I was super nervous my first time going. All of that immediately went away when I met everyone! If there is ever a workout I can't do, they always modify it for me. I just feel so overwhelmingly welcomed and happy with this gym. So if you're having any second thoughts about trying it out, don't!

Innovative Fitness is an amazing gym with such a diverse variety of classes! The instructors and trainers are always there to assist and push you to your limits. Our class sizes are never bigger than 8 people, which allows a lot of opportunities for one on one training! I would highly recommend, no matter what level you are at. Plus there is usually always a doggy 🐶

GREAT experience at this gym! Small enough to not feel overwhelming and everyone is so supportive! Highly, highly recommend the Beginner Lifting Class with Laurah! Brought me and my relationship with health and fitness back to life, at 39 and after 3 kids and many pounds put on because...life. I thought I'd never be "healthy" again, and I also had never lifted in my life. I feel so comfortable and confident about how I work out and how I eat now. Love, love this gym, Laurah, and just the whole environment! Forever grateful for reaching out and giving this a chance!

Life changing after 4 weeks I’ve had results significantly more impactful than physical therapy. I’m continuing with my membership. Management and customer service from the front desk is excellent as well. Credit to Blake, Maggie, and the manager (I think her name was Sarah?). I do recommend this to all my friends and colleagues. Cheers 😊

The membership comes with complimentary sticker shock, but if you are in need of some relaxation and self care through stretching, it is so worth it. Ask for Blake and tell him I sent ya. He will keep you entertained during your session with all kinds of fun but completely random factoids and you will leave feeling as limber as Gumby!

These folks will outright steal your money. If you join here ask for the terms of the account because I didn’t recall them ever saying that there was a 30 day notice for cancellation. I was not able to attend any sessions for two months and called to cancel my membership, in the middle of July. I was charged through August so an additional $150. In my opinion for what you’re getting, not worth the money. Also not worth the surprise fee at the end.

I would go every day if I could. The therapists at this location are amazing. The stretches have really helped with stress relief and pesky shoulder and neck issues. Give their intro session a try! You will be hooked.

Been going to BCS Fitness for a couple of years now. Both locations are great but I currently go to the South Studio. Brad and his team are fantastic. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable about the fitness industry. The workouts are always something different and they can adjust each exercise to fit your skill level. I don’t think I can ever go back to a regular gym after doing the small group personal training method. You just show up and they walk you through the entire workout. 30 minutes a day is totally doable and easy to fit in my schedule. Would highly recommend BCS Fitness to anyone who struggles to stay motivated and/or doesn’t know where to begin in the gym. Shout out to Jared, Keaton, Genesis, and Andrew who keep the early mornings fun!

I have been going to BCS Fitness for 2 years and have seen significant improvement in my strength and conditioning during that time. I love the small group training and that the trainers all know my name and where my strengths and challenges lie. They are great about asking if there are any injuries or concerns we have with specific body parts or movements and modify to meet our needs. They also challenge us to do more than we might have thought we could do. In addition to improving my physical health, the environment at BCS Fitness has improved my mental health. My small group is amazing and we have become friends who support each other in our fitness journeys. Highly recommend BCS Fitness for people at any current level of fitness!

Brad and his team at BCS Fitness have had a huge positive influence on my overall health. I have been a member for a few years since my retirement, and I feel better and am stronger now than I was 10 years ago. The small group format is fun and encouraging as you get to know the folks you work out with and the coaches. Great service and good people!

BCS Fitness is the first gym of any type that I have joined. I started coming, with the encouragement of my husband (who had also received BCS Fitness recommendations from other clients), after vague fitness goals that had been lurking in the back of my mind were suddenly shoved into a clear position of necessity at the forefront of my mind. I have really appreciated the opportunities to have both 1:1 training as well as small group training. It's neat to be able to have each day's workout tailored to fit your body's needs and your personal goals while still being part of a group. The camaraderie fostered by the BCS Fitness team as well as the small group setting and the knowledgeable instruction provided by the trainers provides for an overall encouraging experience that I'm glad to be a part of.

I am so grateful for BCS Fitness! I started in January after recovering from foot surgery. I was looking for a fitness option that was personalized and would accommodate my recovery and that is exactly what I found. The small group training allows trainers to customize the workouts to each individual. They challenge each of us to work hard but keep the challenges within safe limits. I plan to continue with BCS fitness long term!
