I have the BEST Trainer here! “Kalani”!!! I do the small group class 2-3 times a week. She is personable, listens, accommodating, understanding and makes me laugh during my sessions. I’m overweight and in my 50’s taking high blood pressure meds. I completely trust my trainer and I even feel better knowing she has her Registered Nursing License, in case I have any medical issues while I’m training. I never exercised before coming here and it was hard at first but she has helped me through this process. I got a personalized meal plan detailed to my weight, muscle and body fat. If you are looking for a trainer choose mine. Kalani will not disappoint you, I promise!

Hands down one of the best gyms! It’s a clean facility with equipment suitable for all types of workouts. The trainers are knowledgeable and super nice as well.

Lydia has been the an incredible trainer! She helped me find my strength, guided me on the proper way to hold the equipment, motivated and encouraged me to know what’s possible! I seen big results in the time that I spent with her. She is sweet, and a wonderful person to have by your side! You will feel comfortable to have her guide you along your fitness journey!

I wanted to leave a review for my trainer Lydia. I started training with her since Oct. 23’ and let me just say I highly recommend her as a trainer! I have seen a complete difference in my body and overall my health. From not just losing body fat, but to gain muscle and going down 4 pant sizes in a few months, She has pushed me and motivated me to continue to make progress. It doesn’t matter if your goals are small or big she will have your best interest if you’re really dedicated to change. From her just accommodating my work schedule and train at 4am, she’s always there. She has built my confidence not just with my body but to be able to work out on my own without feeling insecure about what I’m doing. I can truly say she has helped me not fear the gym and workout with confidence!

Can say many good things about Conquer. The staff truly cares about everyone who comes through the door. It was a blessing to be apart of this gym. The facility is clean with great workout equipment. Group sessions are fun. You get to know everyone there, it’s like a family. Honestly I looked forward to seeing and workout with the other gym members. The open gym is nice as well to go and do your own thing. No matter your fitness level, there is a place for you at this gym. They are so welcoming and supportive. 10/10 recommend!

Conquer is great--I love the community that I have joined, from. The instructors and class members to the gym and the workouts. I never did strength training before, but the instructors are helpful and encouraging. One of my favorite things that makes Conquer so fun is when I see the instructors having fun while training us--it really makes me smile and gives me energy even as I'm dying and sweating my life away 🤣😍 after going an avg of 4x a week since August, I can see myself getting stronger and that's also motivating too :D Whether you like regimented classes or are new to working out with weights, I highly recommend coming to try Conquer at least once!

Best choice I've made training at Conquer Fitness. Very Friendly and knowledgeable team who make me actually want to go train. I feel guilty when I miss class. I look forward to going and feel amazing when I leave. The overall vibe is great and clean gym. I have nothing but good experiences. I definitely recommend Conquer Fitness to all.

This place really changed my life! It's more than just a gym, It's my second home. The owners & trainers are AMAZING! Coach Chris definitely knows what he's doing and helped me reached my goal competing on stage 👏 If your looking to lose wieght, build muscle, or compete in a bodybuilding competition. I love Conquer Fitness!!! I enjoy the classes, they have the best trainers , and I’m feeling good about myself. I completed a 30 day challenge and lost 10 pounds! I’m making new friends in these classes that keep me motivated and help me conquer my fitness goals!

So happy I found Kalani. She is an excellent trainer who challenges me each session and is always making sure i am doing each exercise correctly. I started with Kalani in March and am now -13lbs. I feel so much better about myself because of her. She made a meal plan for me customized to what I like which makes it easier for me to stay on track. Each workout is tough , but fun! She keeps me motivated and looking forward to attend my session!

I started my fitness journey with Kay Nicole a little over a year ago and it has been the best experience. I began noticing results after only a couple of months into our training.
