I have the BEST Trainer here! “Kalani”!!! I do the small group class 2-3 times a week. She is personable, listens, accommodating, understanding and makes me laugh during my sessions. I’m overweight and in my 50’s taking high blood pressure meds. I completely trust my trainer and I even feel better knowing she has her Registered Nursing License, in case I have any medical issues while I’m training. I never exercised before coming here and it was hard at first but she has helped me through this process. I got a personalized meal plan detailed to my weight, muscle and body fat. If you are looking for a trainer choose mine. Kalani will not disappoint you, I promise!

Hands down one of the best gyms! It’s a clean facility with equipment suitable for all types of workouts. The trainers are knowledgeable and super nice as well.

Lydia has been the an incredible trainer! She helped me find my strength, guided me on the proper way to hold the equipment, motivated and encouraged me to know what’s possible! I seen big results in the time that I spent with her. She is sweet, and a wonderful person to have by your side! You will feel comfortable to have her guide you along your fitness journey!

I wanted to leave a review for my trainer Lydia. I started training with her since Oct. 23’ and let me just say I highly recommend her as a trainer! I have seen a complete difference in my body and overall my health. From not just losing body fat, but to gain muscle and going down 4 pant sizes in a few months, She has pushed me and motivated me to continue to make progress. It doesn’t matter if your goals are small or big she will have your best interest if you’re really dedicated to change. From her just accommodating my work schedule and train at 4am, she’s always there. She has built my confidence not just with my body but to be able to work out on my own without feeling insecure about what I’m doing. I can truly say she has helped me not fear the gym and workout with confidence!
