This is a great gym to train at! Everyone has been kind here and all are treated equal. I am 36 years old and took my 7 year old son with me. We both loved it and got the support we needed to get started. I have to say this worked me out harder than what I thought was a hard workout in just weight lifting. The coaches really push you to get to a new level and the gym has become something more, I look forward to just stepping in there, and after your training session you may continue working out on the bag, ladders, whatever! I don't plan on ever going to another gym again.

Santos is a friendly person and loves the sport of boxing. BUT he’s not a trainer he will throw u out there with guys 5 years experience WITH NO training. He put me to fight my first amateur against someone with 10+ fights. When in the corner the best advice he gave me was “ go have fun out there “ I do not recommend this gym to beginners.

For people that don’t know boxing, first of all this is a real boxing gym of boxer that do go to fight. In a gym that you go and you pay for a trainer there not teaching you boxing. This is how it works if you are not dedicated and go every day the coaches automatically start looking at you and will want to train you. But nobody is gonna trained a person that goes 2 or 3 days a week or every 2 weeks or go back in a month. Sorry but I a real fight you will get knock out , coaches look for the next boxing future. Boxing is a double side knife , if you really want to learn you have to learn from the best and go to places that they do fight and watch boxing is a years thing. And if you don’t want to get hit practice or boxing is not for you.

The gym is awesome. I was visiting from out of town and everybody was welcoming and friendly. The owner Santos (or Sammy) was friendly and gave me a free t shirt. Not only that he gave me his time and held the mitts for me. Santos also gave me some boxing tips and pointers that were very helpful. I would recommend this boxing gym to anybody that likes boxing. Safe and clean environment as well.

I went to that gym from October through December. The people are cool but they don't really care about training. They only train who they want. Most boxer's we're basically showing themselves and showing other's. I would ask him when is he going to train me and all he would do is give me excuses. Basically all people do their is hit the bag, and do workouts. You can do all those workouts at home. For $75 a month it's not worth it.

Santo Randazzo has been doing this for years and has produced some great boxers out of here. I love the hometown grassroots feel behind this gym. I feel like I'm getting solid training here. And everyone is always going out of the way to help out. I also noticed a lot of kids train here too.

I took my kids for a trial class and they really enjoyed it! The instructor was absolutely amazing as well! She was knowledgeable and was amazing with the kiddos. I admit that I haven’t taken my kids back as of yet, but that is due to our schedule so far and not due to CKO. But we definitely do intend to return!

CKO is a great gym! Their coaches are always encouraging, taking time to explain certain techniques. They seem to know when and how much to push you. The conditioning and cardio is excellent with just enough variety to work on heart health and also work on your skills.

As someone who's tried finding a workout place where I can really get a good workout while also feeling like I belong, CKO is truly the place to go. When I started about four months ago, I was nervous because I had little kickboxing experience, but everyone there was super inspiring and encouraging! The trainers are patient, kind, and more than willing to help with any questions you may have! Plus, the little community at CKO is very friendly! Some days are hard, but going there to get a workout in is absolutely worth it. Thank you for the workouts, CKO!

I've been going to CKO for almost two years and absolutely love it. You really don't need any kickboxing experience to start because the instructors patiently teach you along the way. The workouts are fantastic & addicting, the people are welcoming & inclusive, and the instructors are encouraging & fun. It's the best place to find a challenging but enjoyable workout, learn a new skill, and be part of a friendly community.

Box beat is a good place to get fast paced full body workout. I was truly a novice at boxing and went there through ClassPass. I really enjoyed the experience. It was challenging in a good way. The instructor Logan was fantastic! He spent a long time making sure I was also learning the techniques and keeping the form correct as I did the punches. It was a great learning experience along with a good workout!

I highly recommend this gym for anyone. I always leave knowing that I got a good workout in and have never felt healthier or stronger since I joined in January. The trainers are experienced and professional and always come up with great routines. The prices are awesome and they give you options if you want to pay monthly or by quantity of classes. I researched other gyms and never found any others that list what the cost is online. They are upfront and professional. Overall a great decision!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! As a busy working mom, I love the flexibility of my work out as soon as I walk in. You can't beat 30 minutes, you work it in to your schedule and this is a challenging workout, you will be very satisfied with the work you did. Staff is phenomenal, they are always supporting and cheering you on. You have personal trainer access checking on your form and pushing you to make the most of your workout. Facility is spotless and in great condition, all around great atmosphere. It might seem a bit pricey compared to other gyms, but it is not since it's well worth it, I have not gotten this kind of workout in at any big gym or the added value of personal trainers.

Trying to think how to get back into fitness after numerous surgeries and completing my Masters was horrifying for me. I tried other avenues but none stuck. Life does get busy and these 30 minute workouts are perfect. I don’t feel out of place here, the trainers push you at your fitness level. I know that every muscle hurts and I get a great sweat out of this. I love that I can have my little one sit there while I workout. Thank you for the push and love the owners energy. They are compassionate at helping people reach their max potential a day at a time.

It's typically hard for me to commit to a specific work out time due to family/work demands. However, the fact that I can just show up and jump into a workout every 3 mins is amazing. I am also one of those that needs that motivational "push" so their "shout outs" are welcoming and a reminder that I need to keep on pushing. As for the trainers, they are super friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. I'm not the most coordinated so when they see I have the wrong formation, they come over and correct my stance to make sure I am getting the full benefit of the workout. I would definitely recommend 9rounds to anyone looking for a workout that offers great results in such a short period of time.

This is a boxing gym inside Dominion MMA. I called and asked for some help and the owner (i assume) was extremely nice and so helpful. $20 for a day pass, i believe there’s free lessons included or something, and $150 for the month for 12 lessons. Extremely good pricing and i’ll definitely go check it out. Thank you for the help!

I absolutely love the energy and structure of the workouts! The trainers do such an incredible job of keeping you motivated, pushing you to give your best, and helping you stay consistent throughout each session. It’s not just about the exercises—it’s the entire vibe of the place that sets it apart. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the positivity and determination in the air. The atmosphere is uplifting, the people are encouraging, and it truly feels like a community that’s invested in helping you crush your fitness goals.

I've been working out here for nearly a month.....and obsessed is an understatement. It's the most amazing full body workout every time, and can really start to see changes in feeling stronger!! My endurance has also really improved. The 45min workouts FLY by, and it goes quick. There's not a lot of down time, which I personally like. The room is dark (like in a good way) and makes you forget about time. and the music is amazing and motivating. AND the trainers & the front desk staff are all SUPER friendly and encouraging!! And I've asked trainers for pointers on my boxing form, and they will help you out. No experience is required at all. If you are looking for a switch in your workout routine (which I was) this is the place to keep you motivated!! 100/100

I joined Rumble when it opened a few month ago because I had tried VR boxing and it was fun but I was ready to hit something real. The instructors at Rumble are great, they take the time to coach you through your first steps on proper boxing form and technique and walk with you on your journey to fitness and overall healthier lifestyle. Rumble is fun and relieves all my stress by the end of the session. I leave looking forward to my next class instead of dreading it like with other exercises.
