I can't say enough good things about this boxing gym! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and motivated. The Coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely care about your progress. The atmosphere is always energetic and positive. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced boxer, this gym has something for everyone. I've seen great amount of improvement in my skills and fitness levels since joining late last year. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get serious about boxing or just wanting a great workout. I would also like to point out their amazing flexibility when it comes to the hours they are open and payment schedule. I bounce a lot between working a day shift and night shift but either way they have classes all through out the day which is amazing and can’t say I don’t have time as an excuse not to show up. So whether you’re a morning person or night person they got a class time for you. I also travel a lot for work so the months I’m not not here I don’t have to pay I can just push back the payments until I’m back so I don’t I have to cancel every time I leave. Overall this is a great gym with amazing coaches and hard working students.

I can only speak positive words for ISU. For having only been there for about 6 months, my knowledge about boxing and being able to defend myself has grown exponentially. Dan the owner is an absolute pleasure to deal with, very attentive and cares about his students. The coaches there including my coach Miguel, are always watching and making sure everything’s going well. They train different techniques to all levels, from beginner and up. I look forward to my 1 year anniversary and beyond. Only good things will come out of this place. Thanks ISU, you guys are Family.

I signed up a couple weeks ago and am already seeing major improvements in my general appearance, strength, and boxing skills. Dan has been a valuable part of my progress through his guidance in nutrition and its respective recommendations. The coaches are very knowledgeable and help you with your own personalized needs in the semi private classes. I would 10/10 recommend anyone who wants to get stronger and learn to fight to join

I started training at International Sport Union about 2 month ago and I couldn’t be happier with the experience I've had! The gym has a welcoming atmosphere and is well-equipped for all levels, from beginners to advanced boxers. Coaches Ken and Alex are phenomenal trainers who also have shown a balance of professionalism, motivation, and technical expertise. I highly recommend anyone who looking to get in shape or just want to box to go check them out.

This place is great. It's not just a workout but an experience. You get to learn a craft while having fun. Jorge and Juan are some of the friendliest people you can come across. Awesome training and knowledge of the sport is amazing. Been coming here for years so it feels like a second home.

Came in looking for a boxing gym to learn the art of boxing not only did I find that but I found a family here at Flash enterprises boxing academy. Jorge and Juan the ( trainers) have brought out a side of me and pushed me to a limit I never knew I could achieve. This is the best gym in the whole valley! Coach Jorge is so dedicated and loves what he does. This is more than a gym, it’s a family. Jorge has a life time of professional knowledge of boxing and training. I have been training here for a little over a year and as a female it’s always been hard to find a boxing gym that works for me where I feel comfortable. Everything is clean and the equipment is in good shape. My young son goes here and my husband. We are all there, all week long.

Affordable, legitimate boxing gym with heavy bags, speed bags , double end bags etc. Jorge is a great trainer. Private sessions hitting the mitts is a highly intense but extremely fun workout. Also the tips and pointers to adjust your boxing game(during these sessions) will skyrocket your fighting confidence and give you things to work on and focus on. Cool dude to just chat boxing too, highly recommend this spot.

This is the best gym I’ve been to! The coaches are amazing and really pay attention to developing your technique and stamina. Other gyms I’ve been to in the past they would just throw us on the bag for 30 minutes make us run while they would mostly pay attention to their pro fighters that would come in during our classes, BUT NOT THIS GYM! when we have a classes they focus on the class only and not other fighters or distractions and even with their 1 on 1 sessions I see that they are very attentive to whoever they are training and overall this is an amazing great environment and I plan to stay here for a very long time!! Also they don’t have rusty worn out equipment, they clean their equipment to prevent any diseases or sicknesses, that was a really big deal because at other gyms I’ve been too they did not clean their equipment that they allow a bunch of people to use. You also get unlimited gym and classes at this gym for a great price definitely love it here!!!! 🥊

Putting my son in Showtime Boxing was the best decision I have made for my son. He enjoys going, he is very dedicated to them. All the coaches are amazing. I recommend this place to everyone. Keeps them teenagers out of trouble and off the streets.

I started training here with Serg a couple of months ago and learned almost as much as l learned in 6 years of doing Muay Thai. I improved my skills quite a lot. Serg is extremely knowledgeable and makes the class fun. He takes the time to make sure you learn and understand the technique properly. It's an amicable atmosphere!

Glad I found this place. Brought my teenager to try it out and she loves it! Coach Paul is amazing, so is his staff.

I recently became a member of Paul's new boxing gym, and the experience has been fantastic. From the moment you step in, you're greeted warmly by everyone. They take the time to work with you individually and ensure you learn the proper techniques. Having visited a few boxing gyms in the area, I can confidently say that this is the best one. They prioritize teaching at your own pace without any pressure. I highly recommend this gym, especially to beginners in the area. What's even better is that it's suitable for all ages.

Flash Boxing Gym is by far the best choice of gym in the valley. My son and I have had nothing but a positive experience. Paul welcomed us with open arms and provided us with experienced trainers that have created nothing but a healthy, welcoming, and positive environment for my son and other children regardless of their individual goals. They continuously support my son and encourage him to meet his own goals and go beyond. Everyone working and participating in this gym are respectful and kind. It is truly a place of community. My son has made many friends here, and many of the kids also go to the same school which stretches the community not only inside the gym but outside it as well.
