Johanna has been leading the 6am classes since I joined in 2016!! So dependable and passionate training the early birds and then coaching 930 classes which I love to attend (and used to have awesome 30 minute lunch time workouts at noon). Excellent and motivating ~ thankful for her workouts and tough personal training sessions as well! She’s been a constant in the club and so many appreciate her!

Rehan and Brian were great tonight. Super inviting staff and a fun workout. I’m grateful for the time they both took to show me what combinations were in the workout and the spot checks when needed. I signed up after class and got my join fee waived so that was nice. Give Fairfax Title a visit. :) It’s all smiles.

I love the trainers at the Title Boxing Fairfax location, here are some examples of why: Tori has always, always, been able to put a smile on my face, no matter how tired, sick or sad I've been. It is not possible to have a bad time after taking her class! Plus, there's a lot of "insanity" going on during her training, you might end up dancing, bouncing, getting knocked out and having to jump up, running, etc... no class is the same, and remember: PROTECT YOUR HEAD! Will has a cool fighting approach and he will even tie your shoe laces so you can keep going with the class. I've seen this happen multiple times, it's just awesome how much attention he's paying to the people to ensure they have a great time while getting a great workout! Jeffrey will help you find about parts of your body you did not know you had by putting you through a super tough workout! Be prepared for a no pain, no gain approach. You'll feel like a super hero after the class : "I've survived that. I am tough as heck!!!" If you are reading this and wondering "should I try a class?", the answer is yes, don't hesitate. You'll have a great time!

I recently took a class here, and overall, it was a positive experience. The instructor, Amanda, was incredibly friendly and supportive, as was the receptionist, who made me feel welcome from the start. The class setup was well-organized, the environment was clean, and there were lockers available to secure personal belongings, which was a nice touch. That said, there are a few areas for improvement. The music during the class was extremely loud—my noise notifications showed it reached around 95 decibels, which can cause temporary hearing loss with prolonged exposure. Afterward, my eardrums hurt and I felt nauseous, likely due to my sensitivity to loud noises. If you’re also noise-sensitive, I recommend bringing earplugs or asking to be placed at the back of the room, as the two speakers are located at the front. Another concern was the lack of sanitization during the workout. While they might clean the equipment after class, there were no wipes or sprays available for participants to wipe down the shared equipment between stations. I felt uneasy using dumbbells that hadn’t been sanitized, so if I take another class, I’ll definitely bring my own wipes. For beginners, I recommend learning basic boxing movements like front and back jabs, hooks, and crosses, etc. beforehand. While Amanda went over the moves, the class pace was fast, and without prior knowledge, it’s easy to feel lost. Although there are TVs at the front of the room, there weren’t any visuals or GIFs to demonstrate the movements, which would’ve been very helpful (similar to how Orange Theory does it). However, Amanda was attentive and took the time to provide individual guidance. Despite these issues, the class itself was a fantastic workout, and time flew by. The combination of punching the bag and mat exercises provided a well-rounded session. Overall, it was a good experience, and with a few adjustments (earplugs, wipes, and basic boxing prep), I’d consider taking another class.

Oh, and a GREAT work out, there are different types of classes that target different muscles groups, workout style & intensity levels so you’ll always leave feeling fulfilled! ! Highly recommend. 🤗

First time at this gym. This review is not for a boxing class, but rather their BURN class. It's a vinyasa yoga/mat pilates/isometric-focused fusion workout. I have bum wrists, so boxing is out, but this class was really good for me. The instructor, Alex, is high energy and a good motivator. Would definitely go back.

READ THE FINE PRINT - they will nickel and dime you Went to Bash for several months and did enjoy the classes. It’s easy to schedule classes in thier application, but if you want to change your membership that option isn’t available in the app. Due to work and travel, I decided to cancel membership by email but was persuaded by their sales team to put my account on hold. They charge $15 a month for that pleasure, although you cannot use any classes during that time. Before my contract was ready to re-start, I requested to cancel. They delayed responding until the day my contract was set to renew again and charged my card for a full month of membership. THEN, they responded to me and said a 30 day notice period is required to cancel. Even as my account had already been on hold for 90 days. I requested this be waived and they responded with an upsell attempt. If you think you won’t get the corporate Golds Gym contract treatment from Bash because they are a small local business, see the above.
