Best 24 Hour Gym near Meridian, Idaho

This is the best gym in the valley. As a former division 1 college athlete, I have high expectations of what to expect at a gym. The fact that this is owned and run by one of the most decorated female olympians ensures that this is one of the most thought out training programs not only in the valley, but anywhere. You can tell that Kristin Armstrong had a vision for the wellness of our community members in all aspects of their lives. This is evident by the connections to on site physical therapists, ability to schedule health checks, group classes that build community, and so much more. If you join this gym, go to the group classes. The coaches are amazing, and the people are great. I’ve gained some great friends doing this.

I really like this gym, there is a lady there that is super helpful and knowledgeable and whenever you need a spot she is there to help and doesn’t make it weird. I don’t like that they shut the cardio room at like 3 and I was asked one time to get out because there trying to lock it and I was trying to finish my workout. Also there is a person that works there that is rude and a little jerkish when I asked if they could help spot me, they said they were busy on the computer and told me to ask a stranger. I thought it was super unhelpful and now I have to feel uncomfortable asking someone who is in the middle of there work out to stop what there doing to help me when I think that should be the employees job to do. And that’s worth the extra 2 stars I would have given this.

Completely blown away by this facility! The POD classes are so well designed with very attentive instructors and top notch equipment. The cycling classes are just as incredible, high energy instructors and quality bikes and monitoring system. I also love the gym area, you can tell they were very selective on the machines they brought in. They are premium quality and easy to use. Absolutely sold on this fitness facility! Great energy, thoughtful layout and all around a positive place to be!

I am extremely disappointed with the functional fitness room and the consistency of the facility’s ability to maintain advertised hours of operation: The staff has asked me in the middle of a workout to finish up, so they could leave early. So unprofessional. I often plan the end of my day and exiting my office to make sure I can get there before it closes, and it is consistently “closed early”. I specifically joined the gym for access to that room. I’m ready to cancel my membership. I called the Boise location to see if they maintain a more consistent schedule and was told, “Well if it’s slow we just go home.” What?????

Very clean location and great staff. Probably one of the cleanest gyms I’ve been to and offers a lot of options during working hours. This gym doesn’t get too packed but has workout classes that tend to get fully booked.

I have been a loyal member for over 11 years. It is with great disappointment that I must seek alternative fitness facilities due to the recent increase in membership fees. Raising membership cost from $18 to $35 is shocking. The level of equipment and service provided does not align with the increased costs. I believe that the quality of service should align with the increased costs, which unfortunately, I have not observed in recent times.

Don’t have any negative comments about this facility. In fact it is one of the cleanest gyms in the valley I hope they re-evaluate their staff hours - So members are allowed to bring Guests till at least 8 pm. In my situation I don’t get off work till 7 pm and make it in with my brother to work out at that time. Thanks

Working out at this gym is like working out in a minimum security, white collar prison. It's over crowded, and the equipment you need is almost always in use. I had a problem getting in because the door scanner wouldn't work with my card, and now I have to wait until my schedule lines up with the hours they're actually staffed to get it figured out. No staff member has said a word to me since I signed up, so friendliness must not be their thing. If it wasn't for the location and price I would have switched gyms a week into my membership.

I’ve always like going to this gym, it’s all convenient as far as location. It seems to have all your gym needs, but all that change today for the reason of trying to get a new access I’d card, trying to get their attention so they can let me in but instead he just sat there gave me signs to go use the other door with a erritated face, instead of getting up and doing his job and be nice , he just sat there so much for good customer service. I don’t feel welcome here in this gym . Will be ending my membership here soon.

This gym is a lovely place to work out. The staff is friendly and helpful, the equipment is up to date and there is seldom a crowd. They keep the facilities clean and orderly and the fellow gym members are all great. Five stars for a five star experience.

The staff are the only good thing about this location. There are way too many people here, all the time. Often most of their machines are broken. Theres no phone policy so people sit on their phones hogging equipment. Pad and weights are worn and there are minimal machines that are two inches from each other. There’s location is also difficult to get to and there’s never enough parking. I am usually there around 4pm and it’s too packed - and when I go later machines are still broken and there’s not enough variety or space. Would not recommend.

Updated review - went to cancel and had some challenges doing so, but management got involved and resolved my concerns - appreciated the good customer service! The gym is clean and for the most part the machines were working when I was going. A good environment to get some exercise.

My $15.90 monthly charge turned into a $29.00 charge. They said they switched everyone to their $25 (

The employees here are awesome. Rarely see them sitting around. Constantly cleaning machines, bathrooms, water fountains, etc. good amount of cardio machines. only wished there were more weight machines and it would be the perfect gym.

I travel a lot. This is the primary reason why I keep an anytime fitness membership. I don't always have access to a shower, and being able to stop in at any location nationwide for a low monthly fee saves a lot of money. I have utilized many anytime fitness locations across the country for this purpose without any problems or complaints. So imagine my shock and disgust when I find a posted notice in the shower room denying me this service which I pay for simply because I do not have the time for a workout that day. Shame on management.

Love this gym and it really is like a family. Out of all the AF's we have been too, this is the cleanest and most well taken care off. The owners are usually around on a daily basis and are constantly replenishing the towels, laundering and folding them, vacuuming and doing all the maintenance to the facility themselves. Their phone number is clearly posted, and if at anytime there are issues or maybe even a machine that may appear or is broken, they can easily be reached at that number. The place is kept extremely clean. There are so many different types of people that come to this particular AF: bodybuilders, people maintaining, people just starting out and of all different ages. I really do have to comment on some of the low star reviews. The parking lot is extremely safe from what I have seen. So there are no overnight campers just hanging out, so i'm thankful for that; and it is not a gym where you walk around throwing dumbbells and barbells around, so that's a pleasure too. If you're into tearing your tank tops off and snorting while throwing barbells across the room, please find someplace else. The owners have zero tolerance for people arguing and misbehaving, and I have personally seen it handled by the owners. Yes, there are times that may be busy, so you will just need to learn to modify your workouts, but with the room they have, I'm not sure how they can change things up. It's not like you can add a second story or expand into the parking lot. So a comment from one member as to "what are you gonna do about it?" seems unfair and unreasonable. Is the owner supposed to kick people out? No; use your words and ask if you can work in or modify your workouts until the machine or rack is free. Here is what I've been doing recently. If someone is working out on a machine you want next, I just nicely, walk over, have a conversation to please get my attention before they leave the machine and that seems to work just fine. Comon people, use your words.

I've been a member for 3 years now. The owners are wonderful - very helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. It's always clean and functioning well. Love this gym!

I have been a member for 2 years now! Super friendly environment and I will never leave this gym as long as I am in Meridian. I did some personal training with the owner of the gym and his program increased my bench press max by 30 lbs in 12 weeks after being stuck on that same max for a year. Great gym and great training.

I have had such a great experience at this gym. The equipment is always clean and it has everything I need to workout with. The owners make it even better, Rick and Jaclyn are so personable and welcoming. They have so much knowledge about training and supplements that really helped me along in my fitness journey. I paid for a personal trainer who was able to give me workouts that met my personal fitness goals, and Rick and Jaclyn ensured I was getting everything I wanted out of that. I am sad to have to move on to a new gym as we move out of state.

Kat did a great job signing me up for a membership. She was friendly and efficient. The gym is clean and has a pretty good amount of machines! I love the rowing machine(full body workout).

Ever since they've expanded, the gym seems to have been neglected. Have made some requests for new equipment, with no response from higher ups. I don't like the direction it's going. I think that the managers, Avery and Lauren, are wonderful and attentive! They keep a nice, clean gym during busy hours!

I have been a member since they first opened in 2019. Starting November my membership more than doubled because the company no longer is keeping the grandfathered members pricing because they decided on price standardization for all memberships. They are now like any other gym in pricing except with way less amenities.

I have been coming to this gym on and off since 2015 love the 24/7 accessibility since I'm a night time goer. I've never had problems with the gym till recently. 3 times in the last month the barcode scanner wouldn't unlock the door when scanning leading to missing a whole workout and wasted time/gas. Very frustrating, come back the next morning to double check with staff why my card didn't work and all they can tell me is their system was down. I posted to their Instagram page saying this same complaint and they deleted my comment...

We have loved coming here for the past 3 years. The equipment has been maintained well, and if down, was repaired immediately. However over the course of the past few months the ab/back machine and pec machines have been down for a few months. Is it possible to get an update of the status?
