The dirtiest 24hr location I have been to. Amazingly, none of the managers care! Dirty everything. No separation ropes in the pool, do people clash in each other. Just because Hayward is a poor community??? Shame on you. I added new pics I took on 08/15/2024 to show you that you guys don't care because this is a poor neighborhood. 09/02/2024 No hot water for over a month now. Not even one working shower. No soap. Dirt and mold covered every where. 10/14/2024 See the new videos. It's si dirty and muddy just 1 inch from the pool. Welcome to the cleanest swimming pool!

Most of the stair machines don’t work which really suck because I really enjoy going to this gym. They work but the computers on them don’t work so you can’t track your progress etc. they ran out of paper towels and cleaning solution everytime I go. Update: Adding that this is not a bad gym but after visiting several in the area, seams to be one of the dirtiest in the area. Mold all over the bathroom walls. Steam room needs to be cleaned and had black sludge all over the floor and walls.

The manager jared and GM neha are lying to you. They did not order parts to fix the sauna because theirs a major leak in the pipes that they dont want to spend money on to fix the mold growing the in men's and women's bathroom and above the pool. Instead their trying to push the new hires to sell more memberships so they can "fix it". Also they lie about the free 3 days pass they dont allow it here because they want you to spend money when every other 24 allows the free pass. Do not get your membership here you will get sick working out here. This place needs to be shut down for violating so many health codes. They treat their workers with no respect this is not the place

bruh, I was looking so forward to changing over to this 24hr fitness, from Planet Fitness at Southland, and I was liking everything I seen. They ask me why I'm deciding to change - I tell them I like working out at the early hours of the morning, then once the tour is done, they hit me with the "so...we actually close at 10"... I honestly could not believe that. I know Covid happened, but it's over now. Having a 24hr fitness that isn't open 24hrs is actually wildly comical. Would've rather have went here, though - but ended up at City Sports. So count that as a lost sell.

The gym leaves much to be desired. Several pieces of equipment are dated and not adequately maintained. The belts are not tightened, and the Smith machine, for example, is uneven and has loose screws. This negligence can lead to injuries from unmaintained equipment. Additionally, they do not refill the paper towels and disinfectant spray, making it difficult for people to wipe down the machines after use. There is also inadequate ventilation; the weight room can get excessively hot, resulting in a noticeable temperature difference compared to the cardio room. The staff could do a better job of keeping the facility clean. Furthermore, the bathrooms have a mold problem, with visible black mold growing on the walls.
