Update 11/15/2024: This place got flooded pretty drastically. About a week after the snowfall we had, the roof is still leaking into buckets and tarps across the gym. The place reeks of mildew, and mold. Overall, as previously mentioned, going downhill. Upside: they fixed one set of water fountains. The other is still broken. Place has gone down hill. Been here for a few years now. Lights frequently go out in the building, there’s only one water fountain for the whole place, machines are broken down most of the time, the sinks and restrooms are a hit or miss on cleanliness. You see the “Broken! Will fix soon!” Sign everywhere. I understand there’s construction going on, but try keeping the basic gym amenities well maintained, before investing in a new studio no one will use. Consider going to planet fitness down the street before coming here, it’s a pain.

Normally, I would have positive things to say about this location. But as of lately, I have noticed the group class schedule caters overwhelmingly to those who do the premium studio classes. There are days they only have 3 classes for those with mid range membership and 19 classes for premium members. When I peer into the studio, I don't see many bodies in there. I guess this is a way to force membership upgrades.

I signed up for a one day pass online to check out alternative gyms. I was greeted by Noah and another guy and I let them know it was my first time. They quickly and easily got me in right away and were very hospitable. Noah offered to let me tour the gym if I wanted to. Overall I had a good experience here and there were plenty people to meet and a lot of equipment to work with. I would definitely consider switching my gym in the future to here ❤️.

Update: Sept 2, 2024. Well, im still here, and the reason was the hot tub and the pool. Now I'm not sure about the pool anymore. The pool still has stuff in the bottom of it from months ago and stuff floating in it. It seems no one here really cares except to get people to sign up and get paid. The locker rooms are still the same, along with the bathroom area is disgustingwith people breaking things and the toiletsgot shot everywhere and no one really tries to clean it up at all, the ants haven't seen any lately but the showers still have hair all over and some kind of blood on the wall and floor still so I don't use the showers here, instead I shower before and after at home. I only go for the hot tub. Steam room, sauna, and massage chairs now since they got rid of the movie theater where you can watch a flick and workout. I'm trying to give this place a chance, but it seems this company only cares about profit, not its members. They are a big disappointment. They don't really have anyone cleaning the place at all during business hours, and if they do, it's only doing trash. I wouldn't recommend this place at all except if you're looking to use what I wrote above. Also, it is weary that some of the members don't use swimming gear and the staff don't care when you complain. I've complained about people getting in with their underwear, gym shorts, and sweat pants. I'm still here but for how long probably not much longer. I'm definitely looking into other gyms as well.

Lexi, Tony, and Katie were outstanding and welcoming. I’ve tried other gyms in the area even other vasa fitness centers and none were as welcoming and courteous as the members here. Thank you for making a new guy feel welcomed in Colorado

This location has decent equipment but the cleanliness is absolutely terrible and disgusting! Clearly the management and leadership needs to be replaced! The individual restrooms with showers outside of the pool area are severely neglected and sometimes even locked! I was here on Wednesday 11-27-24 and the restrooms still have not been cleaned or restocked with toilet paper and it’s now 12-1-24. Upstairs in the gym area majority of the time the paper towels and cleaning solution spray bottles have not been restocked. I’ve noticed that this gym literally only has three people cleaning it. Obviously that’s no where near enough for a place that’s open “24 Hours”! Prior to a few weeks ago all of the parking lot lights and building lights were out on the South side. I mentioned this to the staff for weeks before it was repaired. Additionally, the exterior lighting timers have not been adjusted because the property lights are not on until 6 PM instead of dusk. Definitely a safety issue!

We have been members at this location for 6 months and it’s definitely the nicest 24Hr Fitness in the Denver area. While they definitely seem understaffed there is one staff member I want to ensure to give huge credit to. His name is Harold and every single time he’s working he is ensuring the gym is extremely clean esp the bathrooms and is just genuinely a nice person. He always says hello and we always know if he’s working, he’s taking great care of this place. Thank you Harold for all you do! It does not go unnoticed!! Giving this place 5 stars for him! - Montel and Courtney

Gym itself is fine. But the basketball courts are top 3 worst in North America. I’d sell a kidney if it meant they cleaned em at least once a year or just closed for 2 months to replace the floor. It’s like playing on ice. Only a matter of time until more torn acl’s

Clean gym, nice helpful staff and any type/variety of workout equipment you could ask for. Nice facilities such as hot tub, pools, sauna and steam room. Really good prices especially for what you get. Try a fitness coach, they're so helpful.

Amazing facility, however the wet area is so gross. The blue pool noodles are completely filled with black mold. Major health hazard. I brought it to management attention. Nothing was done. There is a bad odor when you walk past the sauna. The therapy pool often has cloudy water. Lots of potential at this gym but they could use a visit from the health department.

DeVontae! I just wanted to take a moment to recognize your hard work and dedication at the front desk. Since you’ve been here, the gym has been opening on time consistently, and I’ve noticed how much effort you put into keeping everything clean and organized. Your attention to detail, like cleaning the restrooms and re-racking the weights, does not go unnoticed! Thank you for all you do. You truly make a difference!

Solid gym. Everything you need is available in one single location. Sure there are the typical gym equipment maintenance issues you'll come across similar to any local gym like VASA but the leadership and management is exceptional. They are dedicated to providing an optimal gym experience for a broad range of athletes. The manager and staff are all very well trained, respectful and passionate about their role in the gym.

I think the gym manager was changed few months back and it's all downhill from there. Steam bath and hot tub stays broken most of the time. Even more astonishingly, washrooms doesn't have hot water most of the time! Showers didn't have hot water 95% times past mknth. Can you imagine this? Most shower stall doors are broken. I have never seen a gym managed worst than this. This gym is becoming a health hazard and I will be complaining to health department. Shame.

24-hours in Aurora has amazing stuff. Manager, Adrian, is amazing. Extremely polite, professional and helpful. I was missed treated in Littleton 24-hours Fitness and Adrian apologize to me even though he is working for Aurora Fitness. He also offer to me some incentives to keep me as a member. Thank you!!!
