What a dreamy studio. In town for a couple days and took hot yoga with Megan - I love her now. The class wasn’t super hot like Bikram where you leave drenched. Going back for a Salute the Sun class in the morning. Happy to have found a go-to spot while visiting Yuma. 💚

It’s fascinating how this studio brands itself as a ‘stress-free’ and ‘politics-free’ sanctuary while employing instructors who actively participate in some of the most harmful, dehumanizing policies at the border. Yoga is about compassion, connection, and liberation—how does that align with a career built on policing and detaining vulnerable people? You can’t preach mindfulness while upholding systemic harm. Maybe instead of pretending to be about ‘community,’ YOU ALL should REFLECT, maybe look at YOUR OWN SHADOWS—on what kind of energy you’re actually bringing into your space

This place is wonderful!! If you are interested in starting yoga or have been doing it for many years either or, it does not matter!! What a great gift I found in Yuma!! The instructions are spot on, the teachers are amazing. This is a SPECIAL place! If you want to start doing yoga Or just need to get back to it, bring your mat or use theirs. It will be the best decision of your day!

A gem of a Yoga studio. I attended a couple of Andrea’s classes while in town for work. Excellent instruction and great atmosphere. Will be back next time I’m in Yuma.
