I appreciate Serenity Yoga offering a program for Parkinson Disease. There is no pressure, no hype. I had a secret advantage in that the care partner with me is a yoga instructor. She gave our instructor, Michael, 2 thumbs up on all aspects of the session.

Great place for yoga for all levels. Michael and his team are knowledgeable and caring. Fun place to practice yoga .Great energy all around !
