Great environment. Coaches are very professional and very knowledgeable. They've helped me a lot during my learning process. Also, they all have different yoga styles and different rhythms which I think is really cool. Therefore, I definitely recommend I Am Wellness Studio.

Bilingual fitness studio…beautiful community, great classes, yoga, barralates, functional training, soundbaths. I love all the offerings in I AM Wellness studio. They have online classes too, all the coaches are awesome 😁

Awesome community!!! As soon as you walk in, they make you feel part of it. The coaches are great. I love their enthusiasm, availability & that they always make you feel comfortable. Love the Studio!!!

Good facility. Staff is friendly, lead great classes and give good feedback and adjustments. Everyone and all levels are made to feel welcome. highly recommend
