I’m in town for the gem show and just took my first yoga class at this studio. My instructor Kaitlyn led the perfect early morning class with a great blend of movement and meditation. Plus her playlist was fire which is always welcomed surprise. Highly recommend and I can’t wait to take another tomorrow!

I’ve taken 4 classes here from 4 different instructors, and have loved 3 of the 4 classes - Mari’s was my favorite! The flow was challenging but accessible, she cued multiple variations, and she had clearly put a lot of thought and intention into the flow and playlist. Things I’ve noted about the studio are that a) the flows here tend to favor a LOT of chaturangas in short succession within the first few minutes - just know that going in if you’re not expecting a power flow! b) the classes can get suuuuper packed for such a small room. That being said, the price point is such a steal for the quality of classes! If I lived in Tucson, this would be my home studio. It’s a really welcoming environment!

Always extremely packed with people that you don't have space to do the poses properly. There's not even space for the teacher, who just says the poses you are supposed to do without showing them, and you have to rely on the others, which eventually causes a lot of confusion. Also the music is American pop and even rap, not meditative at all. This is not yoga, people should call it stretching or workouts class, but it would sell less... I would rather watch an online Yoga class.

I went to Maya’s class this morning at the Foothills location and it was top notch. It was my first time in the studio and everyone was super welcoming, including other students. I instantly felt like a part of the community and I loved the friendly chatter before class. Maya’s class was equally as lovely, it was super fun and I loved the music! Also, the studio heat wasn’t stifling, but I still worked up a sweat. Highly recommend ✨

We booked a class yesterday at the central location for the first time and signed up online and paid for it. Unfortunately we had quite a bad experience and will for sure not come back. First of all the instructor wasn’t very friendly or welcoming… we stood quite a while at the check in desk waiting for her to acknowledge us while she was looking into the computer.Secondly they packed over 34 people in this fairly small room. More and more people came in and we had to move our mats so close together we were actually touching the next person. If you have done yoga you know you need a bit of personal space and we surely didn’t appreciate feeling our neighbors sweat on us. You would think they would use the sign up system to close the class when it’s at capacity. We couldnt even do all the poses or moves because of lack of space which was not allowing us to get the full benefit of the 1 hour class since we were trying not to bump into the neighbor. All in all don’t recommend this studio at all. Very disappointing.
