What can I say. I live in NYC and I was visiting Arizona. I have always wanted to try the class and oh my god. Did I ever. Kristina is was and will be amazzzzzzzzzzzzing. 6:15 am. Energy through the roof. I have a very hectic schedule and I just needed to let go. And the class was beyond my expectations. I read other negative reviews. I do not agree at all. This was my first time spinning at the studio. Every member including Kristina made me feel welcomed. I got a great work out. Thank you Power + Flow for a wonderful experience.

Finding a fitness community that truly cares can be a rare experience, but this studio has been that for me and so many others. From my first ride, I felt welcomed, challenged, and inspired—not just to push through a workout, but to connect with the people around me. Building a sense of belonging doesn't happen overnight, but the team here goes above and beyond to create a space where everyone feels valued and encouraged. It's more than just a place to work out; it's a place to grow, make friends, and feel supported. The instructors take the time to get to know you, and there's a real feeling of camaraderie among everyone who attends. I've seen so many people, myself included, transform both physically and mentally here. It's worth every moment of patience as you settle in—because once you do, you’re part of a family that motivates you both inside and outside the studio. THANK YOU POWER AND FLOW!

Long-Awaited Review I signed up for Power and Flow on October 28, 2023, and I’ve just hit my 300th ride! Looking back, my journey with this incredible studio has been beyond rewarding. My first ride was with Kristina, and I remember being both nervous and excited as I checked in. Krystal reassured me I’d be fine, and she was right. Kristina helped me find my rhythm throughout the class, and the whole community was so supportive—cheering and clapping to encourage me. After that first class, Kristina thanked me in front of everyone for being coachable, which gave me the confidence to keep coming back. Since then, every coach has been amazing, taking me under their wing and helping me grow stronger both mentally and physically. If you’re looking for a place to push yourself and do things you didn’t think were possible, I can’t recommend Power and Flow enough. The community celebrates your wins alongside you, and the coaches are dedicated to helping you become your best. Thank you to Kristina and the whole Power and Flow team for changing the game!

I’ve been coming to this studio consistently for two years now. When I first moved to Phoenix, I didn’t know anyone, and on my very first weekend, I attended a class here. The staff welcomed me warmly, even helping me get settled on a bike since I’d arrived just on time. I sat in the back, which to me was perfect because I had no idea what I was doing. Plus, I took a picture WITH FLASH without knowing about the phone rule. It was so embarrassing but the class was so life changing that it didn’t affect my experience. Since that first class, I’ve fallen in love with this place. The instructors have a unique way of pushing us to be our best, and the people here are likeminded, goal-oriented, kind, and diverse in their personalities. The coaches are TRULY one of a kind. I’ve dreamed of finding a studio like this and I am so grateful I found it. As for Kristina, I’ve seen her spread herself thin for the people in the studio. She, like any of us, has days full of energy and days of exhaustion, yet she always makes time to connect with everyone who walks through the door. To expect anything other than her authentic, human self would be unfair. With coming to the studio - Kristina and the whole staff have become such important people in my life. I would recommend this place to ANYONE and EVERYONE. I have brought my parents, uncles, siblings, friends, etc. They have all spoken extremely highly of their experience.

I travel to AZ often to see my family and the PF staff have ALWAYS treated me as part of their community these past few years. I’m inspired by Kristina and her team of LEADERS. PF will always be my home studio, thank you for creating a beautiful vulnerable space 💖
