Upward Light Healing and Yoga

I am so excited I found this place so close to my new apartment! The studio is clean and quiet and cozy! I booked an hour long massage with Melissa and I’m not kidding it was the best massage I’ve ever gotten. She really knew where all my pain and knots were located and went to work on them. The ambiance at the studio is so relaxing and comfortable. I’m excited to go back to try yoga classes and maybe even some reiki! The prices are reasonable and they offer a lot of classes and services. Highly recommend!

Kara’s space is inviting, peaceful and immaculate. A true sense of community has been curated. I love coming here! Cranial Unwinding with Kara: Her gentle loving nature combined with her skill and expertise make for the most spectacular hour of healing each and every session.

If you ever get a chance to do yoga with Ingrid - run to it. This is life changing stuff. She integrates the whole body, mind and spirit.

This place is a hidden gem! It fosters so many avenues of healing and self care. Highly recommended spending time here and getting treatments or taking classes.
