I've been attending Club Pilates at Arrowhead for the past few years, and it has truly been a game-changer for both my physical and mental well-being. From day one, the instructors made me feel welcome, supported, and motivated. The staff at the front desk are welcoming, helpful and always have a smile on their face. The studio is always clean, well-organized, and has a calming atmosphere that makes each session feel like a time to focus on self-care. Whether you're a beginner or have been practicing Pilates for years, the variety of classes and options ensure that there's always something for everyone. Since starting my Pilates journey here, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my posture, flexibility, and strength. I no longer experience the back pain I once did, and my core strength has never been better. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging, and always go above and beyond to make sure you feel confident in your practice. If you're looking for a supportive, welcoming environment to improve your fitness and well-being, I can't recommend Arrowhead Pilates enough. It has made a huge impact on my life!

DISAPPOINTED in the Club Pilates Arrowhead business owners’ customer service and business practices. There are two reasons I address their business practices: their contract and their poor, and inaccurate, communication about the club's freeze policy. Contract: I signed up for what I thought was a three-month membership for a holiday promo. The employee was clear once I signed the contract, I was committed to paying for three months. What I did not know is I would automatically be rolled over to an indefinite monthly membership beyond that point. I feel the duration of the contract wasn’t very clear, especially with the emphasis on the three-month commitment, I thought the contract would expire after three months. Freeze policy: The month my membership started, I unexpectedly went out of the country for work. I was told I could put my account on freeze for $15/mo. I went on freeze, and the next month found I wanted to stay on freeze. I called the club and was told that my account will stay on freeze for $15/mo until I come back to class. That is not the case. Your account will automatically kick back on after two months unless you ask them to renew your freeze status again. I was told someone called my phone and left a message inquiring if I wanted to come off freeze at the two-month mark, but I never heard the message, and without ever calling me again or hearing from me, the three-month membership started. Fast forward to June: I realize I have paid for two months of freeze and five months of membership (three from my contract and two additional months). I have not attended a single class or been back since my complimentary intro class. When I realized what was happening, I contacted the club. I knew I was contractually bound to the three-months no matter what. I felt confident they would allow me to re-start the three months since their employees miscommunicated the freeze policy, and I fully expected they would refund me the two additional months of membership. While they have agreed to re-start the three months, they are only willing to refund one month of the additional membership fees. I’m SHOCKED because it's an easy customer service win to refund me the two months I did not know about. To me it’s the right thing to do given the confusion, and it doesn't cost them anything. I’m sure I’ll enjoy the classes themselves, but I do not plan to give them my business in the future nor will I recommend anyone to this particular location.

Pilates has changed my life. Love the people and the support they give. Instructors are knowledgeable and fun. I like the variety of styles of each instructor. Owners and manager are friendly, caring, and want to help clients in any way. I have made several friends so workouts are fun. Thank you, Club Pilates! I hope to be in your studio for a very long time.

Oh my goodness! Where do I start?!!!! I started at Club Pilates a year ago, never in a million years did I think I’d be so passionate about Pilates and love it so much a whole year later! I was not a person who enjoyed exercise. But Pilates has been life changing! This last year this place became my happy place, after losing my mom. The people are amazing and caring, and the instructors are all so great!!! Kimberly Meinhardt is an amazing instructor and tells you exactly what you should be doing, how you should be feeling, and what muscles should be engaged! She is so respected by her students for her passion and intensity to teach you how to be successful in Pilates! She’s like a Pilates Professor, and she CARES so much about her students!!! Samantha Darrin, Erin and Brittany at the front desk are true gems and create such a welcome entrance into the studio! Lindsey the owner is so kind and so caring! It’s a great place with a great atmosphere! Come and join! You will love it!
