I've been a member of CrossFit Incendia for 12 years now. I can say that some of my best friends and closest connections have come from this amazing CrossFit Gym in Peoria AZ! CrossFit Incendia is a magical place filled with STELLAR coaches (Lacey & Cliff) & Kind/Helpful people (Izzy, Kara, Adam & many names I can’t remember) that make you feel WELCOME. I was on Vacation, picked this Box based on the pictures, reviews & location & Boy did I choose wisely!!! I was intimidated (I’m 54 & No Alpha), but really wanted to try this place out & get in some “Work”. I will now go again next year for ALL 7-Days & not just 4. The owner David kept in contact with me & could not have been nicer. BOTH coaches knew I was only visiting, but actually coached me! They cared about the moves I was doing & that I was doing things safely & accurately. It is truly the Incedia members & positive environment that really spoke to me. I couldn’t wait to come back each morning. If you are looking for a new Box or a place to try out CrossFit……THIS is the place for YOU!!! I wish I lived in AZ & could WOD here daily!!! Three years ago, I joined CrossFit Incendia, and it has been an amazing experience ever since. The coaches are fantastic, always providing the right mix of challenge and support.
