Empower Yoga

I think this is a true hidden gem. The instructor had such a calming energy & tone while facilitating a flow that had me dripping sweat! What a fantastic experience and very well priced. Will be back again

Great studio and friendly instructors. Katie H is my favorite — she really cares about her class and is happy to answer any questions (I have weak wrists and Katie helped me find stretches and alternate poses to help). Whether you’ve never touched a yoga mat or are an expert, you’ll feel welcomed and get a good workout. I also like that they offer a pack of classes for purchase in addition to the monthly membership, for folks who may not go as often. The first class is free — you won’t regret it!

On a recent visit to Milwaukee, I was craving some mindful movement and saw that Empower Yoga offers free classes for first time users. I immediately signed up for the next day's morning class and had a wonderful experience. The yoga teacher was welcoming, informative, and had a calming presence. She led the class through a meditation, 2 sun salutation flows, a vinyasa flow, and shavasana. The exercise combined with the infrared heat left me feeling flexible and strong. I checked out her class packages and, currently, you can take a single class for $10, a monthly pass for $70, and 10 or 20 class packages for a discounted price. I will absolutely come to more classes when I'm back in the area.

I visit the 3rd ward location and feel great after every session. The instructors are all wonderful, the space and atmosphere is welcoming. They cater to all sorts of experience levels and the best part is that they are so affordable! Even with all the inflation going on. I look forward to every class I sign up for!

I’ve gone to a few classes and it’s been wonderful so far. The instructors are super nice and friendly and you get your moneys worth. Plus the first class is free for new customers which is awesome!!
