Great location and times for classes. Initially I was skeptical about class workouts but have found that the classes have me doing exercises I would not choose to do and the coaches correct form to try to prevent injury. The members are of all abilities and have become a large part of why I continue to go to the classes. They provide great workouts in a class environment!

As a newcomer to Madison but a long term OT member in Canada, I was excited to visit this studio. The staff and coaches and studio manager could not have been more welcoming. I had the best time ever here and can’t wait to return! Thank you all for kicking my butt these past two weeks!!!

Their phone customer service was fantastic. Ayden (maybe "Aiden") was friendly, helpful, and efficient. For first time guests, they need to book their first free class online, not in-person. I hope to see this more clearly on the website, but calling sorted it out quickly!

I've been going to OTF for a little over a month now and absolutely love it. The work outs are great! Coaches are awesome! They are always there to motivate you. If you're up for a challenge this is very rewarding!

OTF is the best! Friendly supportive coaches and a great variety of workouts. I never thought I would enjoy working out like this! Time goes by fast, I could feel my body getting stronger after the first week. All you have to do is show up!
