The Troop had been life changing for me. I’ve learned that with exercise and tracking my macros I can gain muscle while losing fat. In addition, it’s a quick 35 minute workout that is hard but attainable. I’ve been able to be consistent for 6 months now.

Love the coaches and workouts. Targets the whole body throughout the week. Always changing the routine to keep it fun and challenging, and all in 30min. Who doesn’t have 30 minutes to give to yourself.👏🏻👏🏻

I LOVE working out at The Troop. The classes are always challenging and fun!! The instructors are so welcoming and supportive. I am always so happy that I go and work out! I never regret it and you will not either!! Check it out!!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The workouts are amazing, the trainers are awesome, the owner is fabulous and really cares about her members. If I skip a day without letting her know she’ll reach out to make sure I’m ok. The other members are also amazing, supporting and challenging each other every day.
