I am/was a 59 year old 250 pound woman. Due to my lack of experience at working out I knew I needed someone to help me. Ashley at BadAsh has been more than I expected. She is extremely knowledgeable in body types and what a person my age feels as they transform. I’ve watched her with others and she gives specific and personal guidance to each individual. She is always positive, caring and dedicated to each person’s journey to good health. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ashley has been wonderful. I had surgery a few months ago and had lost a lot of muscle mass during my recovery. I knew I needed to build my strength back up but I wasn't sure the best way. I met with Ashley and immediately felt comfortable. I loved the small group idea as large groups can be intimidating. I was nervous about fitting into this group, but i have felt nothingbutwelcomed. . Even though it's a group exercise, Ashley takes the time to be sure each exercise is modified to the individuals needs. This has been a great experience and would recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a very welcoming place to work out.

Building Strength and Community at BadAsh Athletics I’ve been a member of BadAsh Athletics since July 2023, and I can honestly say it has completely transformed my approach to fitness. Before joining, I had tried big gyms, CrossFit “boxes,” and even working out at home, but I never seemed to stay consistent. What sets BadAsh apart is the community Ashley has created. It’s not just a gym—it’s a place where you feel like you belong, and that’s something I’ve never experienced anywhere else. Ashley’s approach to strength training and cardio/circuit workouts has helped me become so much stronger, both physically and mentally. What I love most is how Ashley takes the time to modify exercises based on individual needs, whether it’s due to an injury, energy levels, or even your mood that day. It’s so refreshing to be in a space where my “whole person” health is prioritized, and I feel empowered to push myself in a way that works for my body. I genuinely look forward to my workouts every week, and I’ve never felt more motivated or supported. And I can’t forget to mention Chewy, the ultimate workout buddy and security guard! Whether he’s cheering us on or keeping watch, his presence always adds a bit of extra joy to the atmosphere. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll not only get stronger but also feel part of a supportive, welcoming community, BadAsh Athletics is where you need to be!

Excited and motivated to work out consistently for the first time in my life! Working with Ashley has been an absolutely pleasure. She cares about her clients and will tailor a workout with modifications to meet your specific needs if you’re injured or something is feeling uncomfortable. She’s knowledgeable and communicative about what muscles each exercise is working. She’s kind, and very accommodating. I work with Ashley in a small group strength training class and for my nutritional counseling needs and I see and feel the progress in my body. After working out with Ashley I feel strong and empowered.

When I started working with Ashley, I was extremely out of shape—she was very considerate of this when I started and continues to be thoughtful of her recommendations and instructions months into my journey. It is helpful to have her there to ensure I am doing the exercises safely and correctly, and the energy of the gym is great—always very supportive. I am getting stronger, feeling better, and I couldn’t have done it without the input and accountability of Ashley.
