StarCycle Chesapeake

I took a class with Jacob and it was AWESOME! It was my first time in and the staff including Jacob were super nice and helpful. The class was fun and challenging and music choices were great as well! I’d recommend a class to anyone new to spin or experienced, both would get a great workout.

Star Cycle in Chesapeake is an amazing place to get a great work out in. The place is always clean the staff are super helpful and super nice. It's really a great place to come and get healthy and have fun. It's hard to get motivated for any workout but the staff at Star Cycle in Chesapeake make working out fun. I love StarCycle so much. I first decided to go on a whim back in February 2024 for my first class and was terrified to start something new, especially since I’m not a working out type person. I absolutely fell in LOVE with this place and the people. Everyone is so warm and welcoming, and the instructors are amazing. They’re all so knowledgeable and are happy to help you with anything you need. Everyone is so supportive of you, even fellow riders, and the community is just the best. I always went to Karina, Jacob, and Emily’s classes the most, their rides are so much fun. I LOVE the theme rides and definitely recommend doing them when they come up. I recently had to move so I had to end my membership, and I miss it SO much. The people, the energy, the community, and everything about Starcycle Chesapeake makes it such a great place to ride. I love my StarCycle fam💜

StarCycle Chesapeake is by the far the most welcoming gym I've ever set foot in. I've taken classes from each different instructor and had nothing but amazing experiences. The owner, Lea, goes out of her way to make everyone who works out there feel like family and my last class was taught by Emily - her enthusiasm and positivity made a really hard workout fly by effortlessly. Would highly recommend anyone interested in spin give the free first class a shot. So good! 12/10

I love coming to StarCycle Chesapeake when visiting my daughter! I currently live in Austin, TX, but love buying a 10 class pack to use at Starcycle whenever I am in the area visiting! Emily’s classes are always fun and full of energy! She gives great body cues and modifications throughout class. I always feel empowered, strong, and supported when in her classes!
