Sky Zone Trampoline Park

So boring.. it's NOTHING like the one in GA.. and if I knew some things were broken I wouldn't have wasted my money.. there's barely any staff.. kids just doing whatever they want.. tbh if you're a parent and plan jumping don't even buy a wrist band they're not watching if you have one or not.. I saw parents jumping without them.. meanwhile I paid.. I feel like an idiot

I took my 5 kids here and they really enjoyed it. They were able to jump on everything and get all their energy out. The youngest jumper, age 2 was able to jump safely with no problems. BUT, as a parent these are the issues I saw. The staff were not the nicest, the floors were sticky, and the bathrooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. It was a bit on the pricey side too. But overall our experience was fun. With all that said, I would still return in the future because of how much the kids enjoyed it. I just hope some of these issues can be resolved in the future.

Lots of fun. We were invited as part of a birthday party for a school friend. Plenty of space to jump around even though it was busy. Most everyone was mindful of others and there's staff also helping keep the peace.

Loved it kids had a great time just make sure your child shows up on time for any birthday parties they’re invited to as they are super strict on the time limits!

My father always said “location location location! “This location did not impress me on this visit. There was employee that greeted me outside whom I took as a good sign..not today…I got to the front counter and it took awhile to get checked in. I explained several times that I had signed up for a membership online. The name of this place keeps changing , and I don’t know if they are doing upgrades or just letting the place go. It’s just a very different atmosphere. My daughter found a CLEAR THUMBTACK on the steps leading into the play area. “Surprisingly “there was no staff around to report this to. Everyone had disappeared . I tried to throw it away but it missed the trash and landed in an area by the trash can filled with dust. I found some tissue and picked it up and a mom there suggested I take it to management. There was absolutely no one staff in front lol . Everyone was in some room.. I’m guessing the break room . A girl came out , I don’t even think she was a manager and took the thumbtack saying thanks…. My concern is no one is saw a sharp object like this. I saw toddles as young as 3 or 4 years old playing, heaven forbid anyone step on something like this. There are foam pits and trampolines everywhere, NEW FEAR UNLOCKED!!! Sad to think that sharp objects could be inside .I hope sky zone can get it together because at one point this was a fun friendly and seemingly safe place for kids. After this discovery I was ready to leave. Of course staff appeared from everywhere and I was happily greeted on the way out. I don’t think I will ever visit this location again.
