XCAL Shooting Sports and Fitness

7/5 All day long! My mom and I took the womens basics class at this location. We had the honor of our instructor being Zack and our assistant was Anthony. This facility is very welcoming and all members of staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Being a novice it can feel intimidating to walk into a place like this, but we felt right at home. Through our basics course we got to ask questions and learn about the essentials for handling a weapon. I finished the class with my objective of feeling confident handling a weapon met. I would recommend their courses for a wide range of people. If you are new to the scene or a seasoned vet, you can gain some awesome insight from experienced professionals.

Great place to shoot and browse firearms for sale, lots of options to rent and fire day of. Pistols Basics 1 class with Anthony and Brian was incredible - broke down handgun fundamentals in a classroom setting answering all kinds of questions. We then spent time in the range firing live rounds with 1 on 1 coaching from the instructors. Really well structured class! Highly recommend it for anyone including for those already shooting. I’ll be taking Pistol Basics 2 soon!

Overall a very nice facility and I visit probably 2-3x annual as I have a membership elsewhere but if I lived closer and could go to the gym and shoot there I absolutely would but it's 45 mins away from me. Still, very nice amenities and features including their private lanes which are so fun. A fully stocked armory and rentals available. - insta @ AivyLeague

A massive selection of weapons to rent. We had a great time there. The instructors where super nice, and as beginners we felt very welcome there. Thanks again to everyone. Would absolutely come back. 10/10.

If you are looking for a private instructor, ask for Zak. He's a phenomenal teacher - patient, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. Lets you ask stupid questions all day and makes you feel comfortable.
