Love this place so much! My son has really grown since attending. He looks forward all week to his lessons. They have monthly learning themes that help reinforce good morals, ethics and behavior like respect, being grateful, and helping your community. My youngest is too young for the classes, but loves watching and coming home to practice with his brother. I tried their self-dense class and that was also phenomenal. I learned so much and it was a great work out for a busy mom. Instructors John and Matthew are so great with the kids! They are fun and kind and know their stuff!! The owners are also so kind. They organize wonderful activities year round like a fun water day. I could go on and on! Amazing place!

We love coming here! The staff is great and very easy to work with. My daughter can be very difficult to work with as a 3 year old. They are very patient with her. I love going to the adult classes and it is always something I look forward to.

They do a great job with the kids and have fun events. Instructor Jon and Matt really get the kids.

My teens have been taking classes for a few months and we are absolutely happy all around. The intructor is excellent, the office people are very kind and respectful. The studio is clean. If you're considering enrolling your kids or yourself I highly recommend them. They are fantastic!!

My 4 year old son loves coming to PMA in west valley! He is growing so much as a person and has developed very good self defense skills! Nothing but great things to say about the instructors, location and overall experience!
