We love the intimate environment and having Sheree Valdez as a personal trainer. Everyone at the gym is very friendly and encouraging.

I went to FTC for about 6 months and loved it there! The people there were great and it had all the machines I needed. The only reason I stopped going is because I ended up moving away and it was too far of a drive. Otherwise, Iād still be going. I highly recommend this gym!

Nice gym not the noisy stinky chaos of the bigger gyms in town. Eddie is great other staff is positive and encouraging as well. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Absolutely the best gym in town. It only has serious athletes who want to workout, so it keeps everything running smooth. Everyone who comes here is incredible to round out what makes this place special.

Immaculate, impeccable, and absolutely outstanding facility. A self-serve supplement bar already tells you a lot about the type of people that work here and train here. Top athletes of Utah should consider training here as some already do. šš½š
