Big box gyms are the bane of my fitness existence. It’s so uncomfortable waiting for equipment and the social anxiety of people everywhere is overwhelming. I’ve loved being able to come to Impact Coaching when it’s convenient for me and not have to worry about what’s going on around me. Also, the building and equipment is pristine. No stinky gym probs.

Amazing space for working out. Great atmosphere. Great coaches! If you have goals they will help you achieve them! And you won’t have judgement or gymtimidation.

Brand new equipment, always clean, and awesome trainer. I dropped in for their complimentary classes earlier this month and will definitely look into a membership for 2024.
