Club Pilates

Super clean place and everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. It’s the one time during my day I am fully present in my body and wow doesn’t feel good! Instructors are absolutely amazing, they meet you where you’re at physically and gently guide you to have good form and understanding of each move. Once you start going it becomes an addiction because you feel so good after class. Helps build your core strength for mobility for all ages and fitness levels. Highly recommend trying class. You won’t regret it.

Your experience will depend on the club you join. The instructors are great at this location, very knowledgeable and nice. That being said, I’m shocked to find out lm paying $239 a month for unlimited classes when other reviewers from this same year are paying less. On top of that you get charged $15 dollars every time you cancel within the 12 hour window prior to the class. I had to cancel my class due to staying late at work and did everything from calling, leaving a vm, and text to see if they could move me to a later class and still charged me. The Club Pilates at Stone Oak where I come from is much more flexible. If it weren’t for me moving to this side of town I would’ve never left. This place is extremely expensive as it is and for them to be this rigid with their unlimited members is kind of ridiculous. I’m going to fulfill my three month commitment and cancel because I can use the $270 dollars I’ve already spent this month on a better fitness club with more options. I hope the owner realizes this rigidity is pushing members away.

I love going to this Club Pilates as this is not only a convenient location for me but the instructors are also great. I also love the fact that each class there are new exercises and that I never have to worry about what I’m going to work on as the instructor is there to teach and guide me along the way.

Very money driving. Be careful when you sign up for. I signed up for the unlimited membership. At Steven’s ranch location. I Realized it wasn’t for me, but since I already paid $199 for the month I wanted to get my moneys worth and complete the classes I had scheduled for the month and then stop after the month was over since I already paid for the unlimited classes for the month of October. I was told via email that I can still access my classes up until November 1st. They canceled all of my classes and after calling and leaving voicemails. They failed to return any calls but will blow your phone up to get you to sign up. Now it’s states that I have to pay 40$ for a class even though I paid for the month and was told in a email that I have access to my current classes and that any classes scheduled on November 1st and after will automatically be canceled. Waisted 300$ got no classes and they don’t respond.

I fell in love with Pilates. Stevens Ranch location is awesome. The instructors and front office staff are incredible. Erica, Denise and Kat are amazing instructors. As a matter of fact, I have yet to find an instructor I don’t like! I’m not in the best of shape, but I have never felt out of place here. I feel myself getting stronger everyday.
