Management is unfriendly, rude. Been trying to cancel my membership for a month now after 6 years with this specific location and cant ever find anyone in the office- even when they say staffed hours. This location has gone down hill and it’s incrediblely frustrating after a long time loyal member. Never received my free months from friends signing up under me. My car was hit in their parking lot at 6am and they were zero help. Second time this has happened and they deny being able to see footage which I know is untrue based off the last time it happened in the same spot. Over this entire company. Even emailed about cancellation and cant even get a response. Call and cant leave a message either. Now have to open a dispute with USAA for this companies failures to properly operate a business. Stay away from ANY of the ANYTIME FITNESS locations but especially this one. ☝🏼

The gym has gone down hill steadily. Ashley was the last good manager they had and that was about 2-3 years ago. The machines are fine but the free weight area is usually packed. If there’s more than 4-5 people in that area you are navigating around each other. There are 3 big TVs that used to play sports and had a remote nearby to change channels. Being a 24 hour gym it’s a great benefit to be able to change the TV to find a better game or new channel. Now the TVs are off, for the most part, and the one that works is playing Chive videos over and over. The cardio machines TVs are either not working or turn on and don’t have a signal. There’s only a handful of them that actually work. The one restroom is almost always dirty and dingy. There’s never soap in the dispenser and never hand towels available to dry your hands. They compensated by giving us a commercially purchased hand sanitizer. The hand sanitizer stations have been empty for months. It’s been about 3 months and they did a much needed “deep cleaning” but that was after 2-3 years (since Ashley left). I have seen the newest manager trying to keep up with the maintenance but I’m not sure if it’s the owner hamstringing upkeep by nickel & dime’n or just a lack of oversight. I’m always disappointed going here as it’s the closest gym to me. I will add that I’ve finally seen more spray bottles for sanitizers and a random roll of paper laying around the gym. And sometimes there’s sanitizing wipes available.

Compared to my rinky-dink job's gym, this place costs 3.8 times more. athere are no lockers. I'd like to relax and not stay vigilant. Also, the phone number doesn't work, and the website doesn't work. It took me a month to finally connect with this place. Still, when a holiday comes, there is no way to know their hours.

The gym itself has any utility/machine you could think to use. Although i thought it was small at first, there is plenty of room to hold 50+ people. Staff is great, if you need help The manager Zinah will get you more than right.

The establishment is quite unprofessional and lacks stability, they don’t respond to emails nor calls and do not show drive in helping out those who are customers in this gym. Had to reach out to corporate for somewhat help. If y’all could call me or email me back that would be great.👍🏼
