I love fit4mom! I joined when my baby was 2 months old and I was new to Pflugerville. I wanted to find a group that worked out, take my daughter, and meet other moms. This group has been amazing for all 3! The workouts are great and different which keeps them interesting - and they keep my daughter happy and entertained. All of the moms I’ve met have been so nice and each are at different stages of motherhood. They also do social family meet ups, book club, as well as mom nights out which is great for getting out and connecting with just the moms from time to time. I definitely recommend taking a class and Juli, the owner is so sweet and welcoming! :)

It's not just about improving your fitness, FIT 4 Mom gives you a village. I have been enjoying classes for 7 months, but also mom's night outs, book club, run club with post breakfast tacos, and most of all hanging with other awesome moms! When you don't really feel like working out the social aspect gets you to class.

Fit4mom Pflugerville is amazing. Not only are the workouts great and can be adjusted for your individual needs but everyone is very friendly. It's great having a place to workout but at same time have adult conversation. Not only are there workouts but also play dates and night outs for the mom's.
