I loooove everything about Sundance. The staff is friendly, the classes are amazing and prices are very affordable! I've recently been taking the FEMpowerment chair dance class and it has helped me in so many ways! I have made so many friends, it has help me find myself again and has brought back the love of dance I have always had! I'm so great full for this program!

I love the family I have made at Sundance Yoga! I have been with these folks for two decades now! The owner is very knowledgeable and kind. She also provides a Yoga Teacher Training course as well as Visiting instructors from around the world for those students who want to expand their Yoga experience.

I took the aerial fitness class with the instructor, Cassie, and had the BEST time. I am not super fit, and even I was able to do the whole class. She also told everyone which parts were going to be good for photos. Hella fun.

The owner Valerie and her team of instructors in Pearland and Friendswood are outstanding. I started my journey with yoga about three years ago. Sundance’s holistic focus has helped me learn and grow in my practice. Very welcoming and very clean facilites. Highly recommend Sundance Yoga.

I'm a beginner, and attended my 2nd class ever at Sundance - the Pearland location. I had a really good experience. The room is large, the instructor (Valerie) was very nice and helpful. The class offerings seemed a little slim, but I believe that this is kind of a satellite-location of their main place in Friendswood. It was easy to book the class on their site, too. I will definitely be back!
