I have been an F3 attendee for three years. Work outs are great and free! Best part is being apart of a brotherhood of men who push you to work out but in life as well! Thought 5:30am workouts were too early but soon was excited to get to work outs that I was waking up before my alarm!

F3 Iron Horse welcomes men of all fitness levels to workout. There are no requirement for membership other than you show up on time to the location and follow what the workout leader has planned. I highly recommend showing up for a workout.
