I ❤️ this place! 24 hr access allows me to go whenever I want. Unlimited sessions, a variety of workouts, monthly challenges and most IMPORTANTLY, the 3 way combo of sauna heat, iso movements and infrared light means I get results in a fraction of the time as other workouts AND a fraction of the cost! The cherry on top is the sweet owner Vincent and his amazing staff. They're so friendly! I also ❤️❤️❤️ supporting a small BLACK OWNED business. It's a win all around for me!

I wanted to take a second to express how much my family and I love Vincent!! He is the most friendly, genuine, and kind customer service/sales reps I have ever encountered. He will always remember your name and greet you with a smile when you come in for your workout. Cannot speak highly enough about him!

Hotworx is a game changer for me. For the longest time, I’ve been hesitant to join a gym again because of my very busy working mom schedule. When I scheduled a free workout session, I didn’t get to go and Camille and Vince checked which days/times would work for me. Vince and Camille have been very accommodating. I finally completed my first session yesterday and became a member immediately. Vince explained everything about the workouts available and the equipment patiently and thoroughly. I highly recommend Hotworx to everyone especially working moms like me who may only have 15 minutes to spend for a workout session sometimes.

I have found my happy place! Not only are infrared HIIT and ISO workouts a REVELATION, but the 24/7 schedule and ease of booking/canceling workouts through the app are GAME CHANGERS! The staff is super friendly, the location is kept ultra clean and the monthly challenges keep my ADHD brain engaged and motivated. I also love that there are endless combinations of workouts I can enjoy. I have finally found a place/exercise I can't wait to go to every single day. #sweatieselfie

I have found a new home at the Mo City Hotworx ! I am new to the area , and the entire staff has been very welcoming! I have been on a journey to better myself all around and I am happy to say that the Mo City Hotworks has been apart of the journey in the health and fitness area !
