Excellent coach and motivators. Love thunderboot camp, coach Alma always gives you that little extra push you need, and coach Abdiel always giving the best tips for each exercise. If you wanna start working on yourself, this is the right place and the right coach you need! And coach Alma is also the best baby sitter, if you can’t leave your child behind, they don’t mind you bringing your kid, super helpful for us parents who take our child everywhere 😊

I have been attending ThunderBootcamp by Alma already for the past 3 months. I have seen immediate results. We do High Intensity Traing! I love it! There has always been a positive vibe, something I had been hunting for on other gym! The trainers are positive in encouraging you to give it your all!

Thunder Bootcamp by Alma has change my life. For the first time, I really enjoy to exercise because I can see the great changes in my body!!! Im 50 years old and feel fabulous about myself, fiscally, mentally, and emotionally!! It's a very friendly environment!!! The couches are always helping and working with us every step of the way!!! I totally recommend it!!
