I have been a member for a few years now and I regret not signing up sooner. Have tried multiple gyms and the atmosphere is to my preference here. Great, well maintained equipment and the other members do a great job of doing their part in keeping it that way.

Amazing place! Plenty of room to work and never over crowded. The clients are here to do their routines instead of TikTok, and that's one reason I love it. CC (manager) is fantastic and the sweetest person ever. 10/10 would recommend.

I really love this gym. In the last year I haven't had a chance to make it in as much as I've liked but over the years I love the new equipment that was brought in and how the staff continues to maintain the cleanliness.. Great atmosphere.. 5 stars from me...

Cynthia gave such a great first impression! The gym was clean and not packed at all! Everything was in order and nice even with people there, would recommend if you need a new and quiet gym space !

Been coming here since I moved to Mesquite a couple years ago. I like it plenty of free weights and machines to get your workout in. Cynthia in the front is Amazing and does such a wonderful job at addressing problems if they come up. She’s such a great person to see when stoping by. I definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice gym to join.
