Sunshine Yoga Shack

I can't express how amazing Sunshine Yoga Shack and its fabulous instructors are! After seeing aerial yoga videos on TikTok, I decided to search for a nearby studio. I took a leap of faith and attended my first class with Té, which was FREE, if I downloaded the app, —and I immediately fell in love! The class was not only fun but also challenging in the best way. Since then, I've attended six classes, and I've already noticed an improvement in my strength and flexibility! These classes have also been beneficial for my mental health, helping me reconnect with my inner feminine goddess that’s been gone for too long!!!! Each instructor has created a safe, supportive space where everyone is encouraged to show up as they are. The studio itself is absolutely beautiful and calming, too. If you're thinking about giving it a try, I highly recommend it—it’s truly life-changing.

This place is GREAT! Love a woman-owned business and there is something for everyone! Jessica has me addicted to aerial, but the trauma-informed teacher training was amazing! Great facility with all you’d need and everyone is so professional and able to help each student where they are and not hurt themselves. They’re all patient and oh so fun!

The place was easy to find. There's plenty of parking around the area. Great atmosphere in the studio. Friendly staff. They're knowledgeable about craft, body systems, muscle information, and services available. The heated yoga never got too hot to where you couldn't breathe. I would definitely be back for more classes in the future.

The class was a perfect size, Jessica was very kind and willing to answer questions. I have also never done aerial practice before, so I had a great time trying something new.

Lynn is an excellent instructor. Very patient, understanding, and knowledgeable about her practice. I haven’t had a chance to attend class with any of the other instructors just yet but I’m looking forward to it!
