Excited to see StretchLab come to Mansfield! I was a regular at the Fort Worth location before taking a job further South, and I’ve really become aware of how tight I’ve gotten, particularly sitting all day. When I initially started at StretchLab, within two weeks, my chiropractor said my range of motion had increased by at least 17%! I’d rate the experience somewhere between a physical therapist and a personal trainer. Although they aren’t licensed physical therapist, the stretching regimen they are trained on has really made a difference in my comfort and relieved much of my lower back pain. Also, much less expensive than PT if you are coming out of pocket for it. I find the best results when I do two 25 minute sessions per week (or a 50 minute session when time allows), but even just doing one 25 minute session per week will set you in the right direction. My wife teased when I first started. As a former college athlete, she thought the idea of someone stretching you seemed silly… until she tried it. After she did her complimentary trail session, it didn’t take long before she started coming herself.

This has been the worst experience of my life. I signed up for four classes for my son. This was during the promotion that they had. Because of my schedule, I rescheduled the appointments a Never came to a single session . Whenever I set up these classes with JANNA She assured me that my card will be taken off file but afterwards, I was charged multiple times. After following up with JANNA she gave me the GM AJ’s info an he never respond. Please never do business with this shady company. Thet stole over $400 dollars and straight ignored me as if money grows on trees. Please don’t iget ripped off by JANA OR AJ AT STRECH LABS IN MANSFIELD TEXAS.

I’ve had two sessions thus far and I am truly intrigued and satisfied… This process of stretching one’s body truly brings energy and relaxation even if for a short while… I’m sure to add this regimen of flexible exercises to my workouts 👍🏾…..

My 8 year old gymnast can t wait to get her stretches every Wednesday , amazing place !!

The technicians are great, my review is not in any way related to the technicians. I was involved in a major car accident and my doctors and lawyer advised me not to continue with my stretch therapy and the person/ people at Stretch Lab continued to charge my credit card $280.27 per month when they repeatedly told me they had canceled my service and I would not be charged. I am now having to get my bank fraud department involved to try to block them from charging me and to get my money back.
