Fantastic!! Most caring group of individuals I know! Getting started was so easy, they helped me make a schedule that works for me, couldn’t have done it with out Coach Jon! Such a motivational Coach, missed a day and he reached out to make sure I was still sticking to my goals! Definitely more than a gym. I love my Elite Family!!

Elite MMA - Atascocita has been fantastic for our kids. All of the classes are run efficiently and the coaches genuinely care about the outcome of each of their members. Not only are they open to answering questions but highly encourage it with intentional opportunities given for open dialogue. If you have been considering starting a martial arts program for you or your children I highly recommend giving Elite MMA-Atascocita a try.

Amazing atmosphere! Class never disappoints, coaches are always bringing a new and exciting technique and very applicable for a rainy day. Never feel unprepared when you don’t have to be, join!! Takes time and patience, but definitely worth every dollar, every cent, every tear and every sweat.

Enrolled both my boys 2 years ago at the Atascocita location for self defense and something after school. Both my boys absolutely love it still 2 years later! I sat in the chair with the parents for 2 years watching. Thought I learned enough to yell at my kids from the sideline……until I joined myself! Now I’m jujitsu mom for my 9 year old on the side and jujitsu mom on the mat with my 13 year old. I am 41 and get so much out of the classes my self. All three of us are healthier, my boys have a great respect for the craft and their peers. Can’t say enough about the Coaches here, Jon, Brian, and Melody are amazing!!
