Decent gym but could really use an overhaul of the equipment but most 24-Hour fitness centers are like that in Houston now. Do like that it’s not too busy as long as you avoid the peak hours. Staff is friendly and usual at the front desk if you need something. No basketball court but decent swimming pool.

I am very disappointed in this location. At least 4 vehicles was broken into that was parked in clear view of the front desk. There was also no sense of urgency or care shown for customers that was dealing with this situation. Employees showed an "oh well" response to this incident and according to law enforcement, this is not the 1st time this has happened to customers at this 24! Be sure to be on the look out for this security issue.

Sport clean and organized. Machines are newer than other locations. Music is at an appropriate level and speakers sound good. Plenty of cycling machines available. There is a caution to be careful with thieves.

My son and I were looking for a gym last week. BTW, my insurance would pay for my membership. We went to the 24 hours fitness in 529 and hwy 6. Since the beginning I felt the bad energy when I asked for the free pass, I was tired and didn't want to talk about details that day. The lady was trying to be nice, I guess. She gave us a 3 days pass, which was very nice. The next day I couldn't go bc my work schedule so, we went the day after. My son and I went like at 9pm. The guy at the front desk was super rude and look at our sign in courtesy pass like we were something else but not people. I was doing my last exercises in the abs area, the same guy came and yield at me saying: hey, we close at 10, I was confused. I told him, I am sorry I did not know. I was not aware that this location closes at 10pm. I thought this was a 24 hours gym, something that I need due to my schedule. He answered me back saying, you should know it and, anyways, you have a guest pass, so please leave. I was like wht. What's wrong with you? I called my son, ripped off the stupid guest pass right there and left. I don't recommend this location. They are racist, rude, and don't have any idea what customer service is. I was waiting for Jenifer to call me for the appointment on Friday to share this w/her, but she never did. I feel sorry for the guy that works there. He thinks that a guest pass is nothing but, in our case, it was a 4 memberships opportunity bc my family was waiting for me to decide. The good thing here is that their attitude made the decision for me. Horrible attitude!

This gym is in desperate need of improvement. The entire facility feels outdated and poorly maintained—it needs a thorough power wash, fresh paint, and updated equipment. The sauna and steam room are especially unpleasant, with lingering odors and visible hair, making them feel anything but relaxing or sanitary. Additionally, the TVs are constantly set to political channels, which disrupts the calming environment people look for during a workout. The class schedule is also lacking, with too few options and limited time choices that make it hard to fit into various schedules. People come here to detox and focus on wellness, but this gym is failing to provide that experience.
