Update (Sept 2024) Ghetto! NO PAPER TOWELS AT ALL what a surprise. ANYWHERE, NOT NEXT TO MIRRORS, NOT NEXT TO TOILETS, NADA, ZERO. Spent 2 1/2 hours there and went back to restroom and nothing. See photos I pay 2 memberships here for years and there's no soap for days, the paper towel dispensers are horrible, either you have to fight it to give you the paper or there's no paper. The water fountain tastes bad and water comes out warm. If you have so many people going why not improve and invest on the customers that are making you rich???

Amazing customer service, I’m recently new to the area so I’ve been looking for a gym that best fits me. From the time I walked in I was greeted and felt welcomed. Julian helped me out, showed me around the gym and answered all of my questions- plus they have really great rates. The machines were clean and people were friendly. Loved it! 100% recommend.

Ive been to a plethora of clubs and this one in particular im proud to call my home. I attribute this to the trailblazing service and commitment to the clients. Bottom line. And at the head of the charge is an outstanding young man named Julian. Not only did he make me feel welcomed day in and day out, he was able to answer all my questions and even gave me sound advice on how to achieve my fitness goals. As a business owner I can definitely see him having his own club with like minded individuals on his roster dedicated to making sure you get the most out of your LA Fitness experience. 11/10

I had the pleasure of working with Julian, and I can't say enough positive things about the experience. He is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate about creating a welcoming, motivating environment for all members. Julian goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone feels supported, whether it's providing expert advice, offering personalized recommendations, or simply taking the time to check in with members.

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. I started training and with my first trainer was told that because I wasn’t paying for more than one day a week that I wasn’t his priority. He then proceeded to cancel on me for three weeks straight until I was charged again and many sessions behind. I requested a new trainer and was placed with their newest hire. She was good but the sessions were all of a sudden cut in half? Still unsure about that one but anyway, on my third week with her I was told I was being moved to another trainer because she was no longer available. I then asked to freeze my membership. I am a single mom with two kids and two jobs and didn’t have time to make up the missed sessions and getting charged was getting expensive with nothing to show for it. They said that they would freeze it. They didn’t. And I was told that I could just let it go. And it wouldn’t hit my credit if I just changed bank accounts. No refund on services not rendered. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Now I’m several sessions behind making payments when I don’t even have a trainer assigned to me. They just steal your money and they are mismanaged by someone named John who is the regional manager. You will never see his face but his lack of doing his job was the reason I was still charged after freezing. I was planning on finishing my contract but after his lack of interaction. I will not be giving anymore money to a company that operates this way.
