24 Hour Fitness

After having my baby, I was on the hunt for a consistent and intense workout to help me get back in shape. I stumbled upon 24H Fitness, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. The gym has a cozy environment with all the essentials: weights, a basketball court, a sauna, and a variety of scheduled classes. One standout experience has been Nina’s spin class. It’s intense—there were moments I wanted to quit—but I pushed through, and here I am two years later, down 20 pounds in the first eight months! What sets this gym apart is the sense of community; This class is more than just a workout class—it’s a family. I’m incredibly grateful to be part of such a welcoming and motivated crew. If you’re looking for a supportive environment and a challenging workout, 24H Fitness is definitely worth checking out!

Let me start by saying this, I live in Galveston, Texas. I stalked Nina's cycling class for a year before I took the plunge and tried it. It took one class and I was hooked. Nina Ross is more than a spin boss, she's a beast. I seriously only signed up for a 24 Hour Fitness membership for this one class. I don't see a reason why I'd utilize the gym as I Iive more than an hour away. The nearest 24 Hour Fitness is still 30 minutes from my home and I promise you it is worth the extra minutes to pass those gyms up and catch her class on Monday and Wednesday. I can't speak to the gym atmosphere or other aspects of the facility as my goal is to get to this one class, cry, sweat, ride then leave. It's rare that you find a class that's welcoming, challenging and fun. Thank you Nina for being who you are and thank you for exuding that love, passion and energy that you have into each and every class you teach.

5 stars because of Spinboss! I have been coming to Nina’s class for over three years and I highly recommend it. It’s not your ordinary cycle class, it’s the funniest, most challenging spin class you’ll ever take. I think my favorite part about it is the community of spinners that show up and show out every week. This class keeps me motivated to stay consistent in the gym and keep my endurance up too. Nina also hosts fun events in class almost every month! Definitely come and try out Spinboss asap if you haven’t already!!!

I'll try to keep as short as possible, signed up as soon as they opened up after lock down I was pretty understanding that they were not going to be 24 hours due to regulations or something. It is now 2025 and nothing has happened besides who would want to be here 24 hours this place is ghetto and ratchet the basketball court is a trap house full of smoke and drug deals, the bathroom has trash and booboo everywhere smells horrendous, seen fights happening in the parking lot, homeless and beggars outside, and a guy who went here ended up on the news for murder, surprised one of the basketball games hasn't ended up in a shootout, mold everywhere too only upside is that I haven't had problems with any broken equipment...

Please in God’s name 24 hours you can do better. The gym is the dirtiest for this community, the male closet not to talk of the restroom ir Shower room, it’s disgusting and the gym is always dirty. Joined and visited for 3 days sorry I can handle the mess. I am canceling my membership It needs remodeling and total cleaning. 24 hours fitness you guys can do better
