If you are looking to really improve your fighting IQ , footwork , upper body movements, fundamentals ,your overall physical and mental health . Come to this gym 100% I miss training here, I am definitely coming back to train Coach ! 🥊

I've been training with coach Rudy for over 10+ years. In fact, we worked a lot with 1 on 1 boxing sessions and he built my striking foundation. Empire Boxing is a nice gym with many bags and quality instruction.

Best coach we’ve ever seen! Cares about kids and encourages them to be their best while teaching them to work hard. My daughter loves Empire and we are proud to represent Rudy and the amazing Empire family of boxers.

My daughter and I joined Empire about 3 months ago and we love it. I’m glad I signed up with her, which wasn’t the original plan. Every class is a little different and challenges you. I burn 600+ calories most classes! Coach Rudy gives great feedback and pushes you. I would definitely recommend it for anyone wanting to stay or get in shape. It is always a fun class/workout!
