Five stars ain’t enough for Women’s Elite Boxing! As a first-timer, I was nervous walking in, but from the moment I stepped through the door, I felt comfortable and welcomed. The energy is unmatched! The coach is patient and encouraging while still pushing you to be your best—just the right balance. The vibe? Top tier. That playlist alone gon get you through the workouts. You’re throwing punches to bangers the whole time—it’s like therapy with a beat! Ladies, if you have been hesitant about trying boxing, this is the place. Black-owned, women-led, and the environment will make you feel strong, confident, and hyped. Women’s Elite Boxing just hit different!

I like that this facility is exclusively for women so there are no feelings of embarrassment, shame, sexism, or competition. It is small enough to foster congeniality and camaraderie among all the women and maximizes its space for large group sessions. This facility provides quality services and personalized programming to help you meet your health goals. You can also find nutritional supplements to support your health goals. The workouts are physically challenging to increase your heart rate but not too extreme to cause a health emergency if you are not physically fit. There are challenging group classes almost everyday with affordable and convenient membership plans. Nigel is a great person and wonderful to work with. She is warm and inviting. She has met her health goals and lost substantial weight. So she knows what it takes to achieve and sustain health goals. She works with you to help you realize a healthier version of yourself. I’m glad that this facility is available for women of all ages and stages of life. I’m also glad that it’s not for the general public and exclusively for professionally trained boxer.

I have been coming to this gym FOR YEARS. A safe and comfortable environment for women! Working out with full comfort in an incredibly supportive and positive environment. I have restarted my fitness journey again and again and no matter what your fitness level is, Nigel will support you and help you achieve your goals. And no matter how fit you are, Nigel will also figure out how to challenge you in a safe way! I recommend this place to everyone!!!! So grateful to have this space in Houston

These classes are amazing and the instructor/owner is 🔥. She knows her stuff and works with all different levels of fitness. I've tried several different exercise classes and I must say this one combines fun and intensity, making the hour go by quickly! Also, it's all women, which is comforting to be around other ladies on similar fitness journeys

I have lived with PTSD and anxiety for years following an abusive relationship. Going to this gym is one of the best decisions I have ever made for my mental health and recovery. I'm not someone who ever liked working out before, and I always found gyms intimidating, especially being around men. The fact that this is a women-only gym creates a space where I feel genuinely safe and supported, even as I'm stepping way outside of my comfort zone. The other women here are very friendly, helpful and funny, and it's nice to get to know the familiar faces each morning. The workouts are hard (very hard) -- but if you are a totally newbie like me to gyms and exercise don't let this scare you away! Nigel (the owner/instructor) patiently shows you how to do the exercises if you don't know, and you can scale the challenge to meet your level. The class combines boxing with other workouts like calisthenics, weight training, and cardio. I've only attended five classes so far, but I feel like I've already improved a bit. I can not recommend this gym enough. On the days I go, my anxiety is the lowest it's been in probably ten years. I have been sleeping better, eating better, and I feel genuinely happier. I never thought I would be someone who looked forward to going to the gym, but a couple weeks in and I'm already hooked. Even if fitness is not your thing, if you are like me consider trying this for your mental health. It is worth it! I'm so happy I found this place. I would go every morning if I thought my body and schedule could handle it. Thank you, Nigel!
